I am going to be brutally honest with this review. Things to keep in mind: 1. First... this is NOT high class dining in a fancy resort. This is fast food that mostly specializes in breakfast in a very small town, with limited selection of staff. 2. These are not money-hungry savages that are looking to impress their bosses up the corporate ladder or pitch their innovative ideas in Shark Tank. 3. They are not making great money slinging biscuits out the Windows. 4. Between Pleasant View and Joelton there exists a decent void of good customer service and decent fast food. If you doubt that try the infamous McDonald's in Joelton or the KFC/TB in Pleasant View. This place is always slammed in the morning with cars ringing the driveway. Why is that? Answer: Because they have a decent breakfast. Also because they have an issue with efficiency. Now I am not talking about just making you wait another 5 mins because you ordered a deep fried chicken biscuit. I made the mistake of going there on a Sunday morning and seeing the line of cars, went inside. Inside there was a line of people both waiting on their food and waiting to order. Now with that kind of rush you would think they place would be operating like a machine... you know.. everyone doing their part. Nope. Oblivious to the huge backup, I watched an employee decide it was a great time to show a coworker a video on their phone, then decide it was time to go and use the restroom. Same employee was not wearing gloves handling food right before that. I did not wait for his return from the restroom to witness further hygiene violation, instead walked out the door. I went across the street to Burger King where they actually have a decent chicken biscuit. When tin for breakfast got a chicken biscuit combo said make it a medium. Lady gave me a cup for my coke said no I got a medium. She said was but looked like a m Small. Said man in front of me said same thing. Showed me a small cup look like a kiddy cup. Is Hardee's that hard up. Drink don't cost them very much. read more

I will say, Food was amazing. Except they forgot a decent amount of our order. we did give some grace as we did have a large order. The Employee then reached out using the order information from the app to get my fiancées number, saying our amount we paid was insane and then proceeded to ask for his snapchat. complete air ball by the way as he is engaged. Never have We had someone get our personal information and then reach out to us trying to get with him. It was very unprofessional and upsetting as we were ordering food for our family and then delt with all of this as well. read more

They just need new ownership at this point. The umpteen times I have been asked to pull around the curb or into a space while they take a decade to bring the food. The dark haired manager lady especially always has a nasty attitude and doesn't mind letting you know that she hates her job. This is also my first ever review so I'm not taking this lightly. You'd get better service and food at a Popeyes mid coworker fight. read more

Since there's not many choices to eat in pleasant view, I had to come here and try it again hoping I wouldn't get a hard 4 day old biscuit again. But boy was I wrong. Biscuits are always too brown with rock hard edges. Steak biscuit was straight rubber 4 day old steak in a room temp state. But I didn't have but Wendy's as the other choice. Already went to Burger King this morning and they're closed... even tho it said open at 6am doors are locked at 8am. I think I'm going to just choke it up and drive a long way for a decent breakfast. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO CHILL. just got home from Hardee's I didn't know what we were going to have for dinner. So I popped in the drive thru. I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger for my husband and the chicken club for myself. I got home and realized that my chicken club was a double bacon cheeseburger. I really wanted the chicken club. So, I called and the manager on duty (Rhonda) was very professional and kind. She took my name and I have a free club I will be picking up tomorrow. Also, she's giving me a full refund. I was never mad. Mistakes happen. But I could tell they were short staffed and I understand that. I just want people to realize that this Hardee's is 100% not a bad place to eat. Mistakes happen. Food was good, but service was NOT! I walked up to the counter and 3 people looked at me and then looked away. A manager had to tell a kid to wait on me. And then when I got my food there were no napkins in the bag, I had to go ask for some and he seemed irritated that he had to get me some. I don't understand how when you put a order in online that the people that work there can't read a simple display that tells them what they're supposed to make. Hamburgers are supposed to be plain shouldn't have pickles and onions and ketchup and such on them the wrapping paper I guess they are out of what they needed because they're all the same wrapped so therefore we got probably somebody else's order we ended up with a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy chicken sandwiches I ordered. When calling the store he told me to come back tomorrow we'll replace your order, my statement to them was why would I come back there and get another order screwed up I wanted my money back. He had no answer for me other than to tell me to contact corporate and then he hung up. Avoid this Hardee's they're not worth it too much headache. read more

Quick location with a nice, new facility! I've only ever gone for breakfast and had nothing but a positive experiences. Their biscuits are delicious and they have crispy hash browns for a side. It's in a good location and they always have coupons circulating! read more

We stopped to eat dinner at 5:30pm today and the doors were locked. I told my son that's odd to be closed this time of day all the chairs were up on the table and they were moping. The girl comes to the door and says we called corporate and they give us permission to mop the floor. WHAT! That makes absolutely no sense. Go figure makes me not want to go there anymore. I should've looked up the reviews before coming here. Had i seen that they had a failing 2 stars i would have never wasted my time or money (lesson learned). This is by far the slowest i have ever seen a FAST food drive thru line move. Management needs to get their act together and fix the issues. It's not hard to do. Stopped there on my way home yesterday. The place was just nasty. Women's restroom was very dirty, sink faucet was broken and soap dispenser hanging open. Beverage area was dirty to the point it smelled bad. Every table was dirty with water on the floor. Instead of cleaning up the water they placed a red triangle over it. The owner needs to get a grip on this place as the customer base is quickly eroding . read more

Hardee's food isn't really any better or worse than any of the other fast food places. There was just one thing that bothered me about eating there. When I ordered at the counter, the gal who rang up my order handed me a soda cup, holding it by the rim with her fingers down inside the cup. This may seem like no big deal to some, but those were the same fingers that were just handling money and doing who-knows-what-else. It's just not sanitary, and it made me wonder about how unsanitary the rest of the place might be. Rather than make a big public issue out of it, I just quietly tossed my order in the trash and went elsewhere for lunch, but someone really needs to train cashiers to not do that. read more

Amazing workers very friendly!! The food is great and the lobby and bathrooms are pretty clean.
