They pay close attention to special requests such as no lettuce, extra mustard, or add onions. ​ In ten years of delivery, there have only been two goof ups. The first, a coke was delivered instead of an unsweetened tea. Within 5 minutes after calling, the manager himself deliverd an unsweetened tea. The second, a bag of chips was left out if my order. After calling, two (if I remember correctly) bags of chips were delivered immediately. Not a bad track record for 10 years of service. This has to be the best sandwich shop operating in the Union/Washington area.

He had a really bad cold and I mean bad. He was coughing and sniffling and as he was making my sandwich his snot was dripping on the cutting board and into the food. He was Also rubbing his nose with his gloves. I bought the sandwiches and threw them out. I immediately contacted and complained to Subway corporate and they never did anything about it. I was disgusted so I never went back until now. What a huge difference. The renovation was nice, it was clean. The staff was friendly and the sub was good. The only complaint I would say is they touch dirty bpa reciepts for call in orders and then touch the prep table and make the sandwiches. If you didn't know, the ink on receipts carry bpa which is a known carcinogen. I guess things could be worse.

This Quik Trip is only a couple years old. I am writing a review on this facility because it had a…read moresignificant impact on fuel prices in Union, MO from the moment they opened the door. Typically I would stop at the Washington exit on I44 to fuel because they always tended to have the cheapest gas. Well when Quik Trip opened the door everyone around them became more competitive with their gas prices. For me and about everyone I know, that is a big deal. Just like most Quik Trip lactation's they keep the stores very clean and organized. I like the fact that they always say "See ya later" when have completed the transaction. (I have noticed this at several locations, it must be a QT training thing) The fountain drinks are always a great mix of syrup and carbonation (which is extremely important) and love the crushed ice cubes. The only thing I have against QT is that they need to offer a foam 44oz cup. I know that foam isn't as good for the environment, but they don't drip all over your cup holder and they keep your drink so much colder and longer than the plastic cups.

Tabitha laughed during the interaction and made the request unnecessarily difficult. When I asked to clarify her name, she confirmed it while laughing. That behavior was completely inappropriate. I later spoke with Kristen, the shift manager, who explained that the general manager has been addressing the team about not being able to accommodate this particular request. I understand that there may be limitations on what the restaurant can modify, and if something truly cannot be accommodated, I am willing to accept that. However, I have personally spoken with management before, including the Union manager and the Washington manager, and was told that ordering this item on a regular tortilla could be done without a problem. So it is frustrating to suddenly be told that it cannot be accommodated without a clear explanation. If there is an additional charge required to make the substitution, that would be understandable as well. What is not acceptable is allowing an employee to laugh at a customer who is simply trying to obtain an appropriate meal for a person with special needs. Even if the request cannot be fulfilled, it should be handled professionally and respectfully. The issue here is not simply whether a tortilla substitution can be made it is the way the situation was handled and the lack of respect shown toward someone with a disability and dietary needs.
