Missing whipped cream on both ice creams. Lilli told us they were out and that the didn't mark it online. I asked how would I get reimbursement for the .79 cents plus tax for each ice cream. Burrito came with sausage, received a Pepsi instead of Dr.Pepper and the iced coffee tasted like expired milk. The only thing correct on my order was mozzarella sticks. Yesterday my husband picked up our order. He brought it back to St. Clair. To find out they shorted us on jalapeno poppers, put ice in a drink that said no ice, then didn't give us any of the sauces we ordered online. Also while he was there. The workers were going in and out of the pop-up campers next to Sonic. The manager finally answered with a bad attitude. She says you can come get your one jalapeno popper because I can't credit you. Went to sonic around 11pm. All the workers were behind the dumpster. (Probably smoking or doing drugs) I then ordered some onion rings, chicken bites, cheddar bites and sweet tea. The onion rings were not breaded at all. They were just soggy greasy onions. The chicken was over cooked and old. Very hard to bite into. The cheddar bites were actually not bad at all. But then the sweet tea was disgusting, it was old and had a really unsettling taste. I know they closed in about 40 minutes when I ordered my food. But there's no reason for the food to be as bad as it was. Do not recommend going there during night. The night crew has no care at all. read more

We waited almost an HOUR. My other friend waited 20 minutes for an ICE CREAM CONE. The American style hot dog was disgusting and fries were not great either but the cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks were good. Fast food and gas station hot dogs should generally be avoided. The guy working with the hand tattoos was nice and professional so I guess it makes up for the accelerated developement of cancerous cells in my body from eating the dog. read more

I purchased a promotional keychain from here for $1 that allows me to then buy any large drink for $1 any time I come back. Today I went there to get an iced coffee and they told me that they don't do $1 iced coffees with the keychain even though I've been there at least twice before and got an iced coffee for $1 using the keychain without issue. On top of these issues of inconsistency and false advertising, they are SLOW. Oh my god I feel sorry for you if you want to get a drink and the person in front of you in line orders anything other than a drink; you'll be waiting 5+ minutes at least. read more
