I do have to say though that the texts I received with pictures of my poor car, with pointers to the issues seen, were pretty cool. Ahhh technology! Why are you waiting until then to notify buyers and realtor? Poor, poor planning and lack of work ethic. Not doing the job instructed to do. Do not use this office!!! Do not know what they are supposed to do and if they do, do not follow through!!! Telling sellers that we buyers haven't provided everything when we have and it is Surety employees not doing their jobs that is causing the postponement of signing.
