It seemed relatively simple, as our existing sweep wasn't tailored for a shower door. After watching numerous YouTube tutorials, we decided to replace the entire rail. However, our subsequent visits to Home Depot and Lowe's revealed that the rail was typically sold with the custom shower door, not separately. Turning to YouTube once more, we discovered that an online glass company could provide a replacement rail. Yelp led us to the many positive reviews for Country Glass who has a showroom in Hudson. I called and spoke with Becky who listened our issue and invited me meet with one of her technicians. While at the showroom waiting to meet the technician, I noticed a display showcasing replacing glass with broken seals vs. the entire windows, prompting me to inquire about obtaining a quote. The showroom also displayed doors, glass, screen and storm doors. I left my contact information to schedule a day for a quote for new front door and replacement glass. I was introduced to Sean, who listened to the issue with our rail, viewing my photos and discussing how we should install this new rail. Sean cut the new rail slightly larger than necessary, given our lack of precise measurements. Additionally, he suggested using silicone for the end cap, a practical solution. Meanwhile, my husband's attempt to reattach the rail using some sort of waterproof glue proved futile. I unexpectedly ran into Sean at our local grocery store where he generously offered his assistance. Despite the mishap with saving his number, my husband managed to secure the rail using waterproof silicone. Although the shower no longer leaked, the vinyl sweep remained a persistent issue, shifting with each door movement. This required me to adjust the vinyl sweep every few days. On March 26, Tim arrived to provide the quote. Tim shared he was the previous owner who sold the business and is now an employee. He spoke so highly of the employees and how much he enjoyed working with customers. Tim was very personable. I shared my assumption of needing a new front door due to the cold air that could be felt in entry way. Tim explained this was attributed to the architecture of our entryway where the heat rises rather than any fault with the door itself. His honesty was commendable as he could have sold us a door that was not needed. Upon examining the windows with failed seals, Tim showed me where each warranty sticker was located. He explained the warranty claim process and offered to come back to install once we received the replacement windows. I appreciated his genuineness. I did ask him to take a peek at our shower door. He said he would happily look at it. He said he knew was was needed and went to his car to get some tools. He trimmed the excess vinyl, securing it with screws on both ends, and fitted a new end cap. WOW!!! What amazing customer service and I only purchased a rail from them :). I want to thank Becky, Sean and Tim for being amazing and going above and beyond when we didn't make a major purchase. You have a customer for life. I would and will highly recommend Country Glass to all my friends and family.

Called back she said for mistakes they charge at 50% to redo the order so agreed. Went into pickup new shelves brought the old ones back asked if they would compensate for old shelves. Some one named "Mike the Manager" says "take their money and tell them to get the Fu#k out". I guess that is how this places treats 20 years of loyalty! There was no need to be rude and I guess the language was the cherry on top! Says more about the type of business this is!

They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

The maintenance supervisor for the facility had been soliciting replacement prices for awhile, nothing affordable came in. He mentioned to me the need to replace several windows, I suggested Pioneer. They came in measured and had a more than competitive price in hand within a couple of days. Quoted an accurate lead time and delivered and installed on time. The windows are beautiful, the price was more than fair, and the installation was completed without a hitch. Jake and the crew at Pioneer are a great team, and do exactly what they promise.

I'm giving 2 stars because some portions of the work were done well, but the majority showed poor…read morecraftsmanship. Tim and his team completed several projects here in 2024. While they arrived ready to work--despite being a few weeks late--delays weren't the issue. The garage trim replacement with PVC board and the decorative trim and mantle above the front door were well executed. Unfortunately, things went downhill with the most expensive part: window and slider replacement. Tim recommended Harvey windows, but the finish work was sloppy. The trim wasn't square, and the back slider doesn't close or lock properly. Their "fix" was to drill a new latch hole instead of properly squaring the door. I was told this happens "all the time" with Harvey products, blamed on manufacturing defects, and was discouraged from reordering due to wait times. The result: a door that doesn't lock and requires a wedge bar for security. One window in the upstairs bathroom was left unfinished because they couldn't bend trim properly. Tim assured me a new part would be ordered and installed "in a few weeks." I made the mistake of paying in full before this was done. After one follow-up call and more excuses, I haven't heard from Tim again. I eventually sourced the trim piece myself, but it still sits in my garage with no contractor to install it. The original attempt to hide large gaps with caulk was unacceptable. Lastly, one window lock didn't work. Tim claimed a new sash would be sent under warranty and said I could install it myself. That was over six months ago--no sash was ever ordered, and no one followed up. I've attached a few photos to show the poor workmanship that now needs correction. I waited to write this review hoping Tim would return and finish the job. It's now clear he won't. If you hire CPR, be cautious about the quality and follow-through.

We had a new garage door motor installed in July 2025. I seems to work in "good" weather. But in…read morecold weather it has lots of problems. Primarily the door won't stay closed. It will go up and down several times before it remains closed. I've been late for appointments that I left extra early for because I couldn't trust the door to close. A technician has come out 3 times since October; the answer is always how very sensitive the sensors are. There's NOTHING interfering with the sensors. Even the technicians don't see anything. We are very disappointed that this company cannot fix a problem they installed. These are sensors for warm weather states. They don't work reliably in MA fall and winter months.
