The aluminum blind I had installed is a piece of junk. The left cord is always out of sync and impossible to fix. Never again.

We wanted to replace our older glass shower door and received three quotes from local suppliers…read more Pioneer Glass was prompt, patient and professional. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

The maintenance supervisor for the facility had been soliciting replacement prices for awhile, nothing affordable came in. He mentioned to me the need to replace several windows, I suggested Pioneer. They came in measured and had a more than competitive price in hand within a couple of days. Quoted an accurate lead time and delivered and installed on time. The windows are beautiful, the price was more than fair, and the installation was completed without a hitch. Jake and the crew at Pioneer are a great team, and do exactly what they promise.

Ellen had many samples with her and she was patient while we walked through the different options in our bedroom and living room. The price was reasonable and the Hunter Douglas brand has been a quality one for some time. The installation went quickly and seamlessly. The gentleman ensured we ok'ed each room post installation. We will be using Ellen in the future for a few more rooms.

(I will admit…read morethat it gave me pause to read some of the other reviews about bad installation so I want to leave a review to share the positive experience I had recently). We weren't sure what we needed or what was possible and had lots of questions. She was very thorough, honest and realistic about costs and sharing what would work with our budget. She made recommendations based on what was important to us and realistic for our home/windows (never pushing us into more expensive solutions or overselling) -- and was so helpful weighing the pros/cons of treatment options for each window. She did a consultation and provided an estimate same-day. When we agreed to proceed, she came back and took additional measurements and confirmed how the hardware/treatments would be installed in each window. We felt so supported in the consultation and sales process. Installation: The installer arrived early and communicated this in advance via phone (he even called us when he had a cancellation to see if we wanted to schedule installation on an earlier day) and was generally just incredible. We've been working with a lot of contractors recently and the installer was BEYOND professional and efficient. He finished the installation early and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home (thorough and detail oriented). We are thrilled and would highly recommend Ellen and her team.

Beautiful Flooring. Disapointig customer service experience…read more I recently purchased and installed LVP I purchased from DEBSAN in downtown Natick. The flooring is beautiful but I am disappointed in the way a few of the personal interactions went. 1. I always do my own measurements so I can estimate costs while shopping.. The installer Debsan sent came up with a number that was 70 square feet higher than mine. I had another installer give me a quote and his measurement matched mine almost exactly. If their installer was this careless doing a measurement, what type of job would he do? I went with the second installer. DEBSAM has a strict no refund policy. If I had not done my own measurement, I would have paid for an additional 4 cases of flooring plus extra install costs, since they charge by the sq.Ft. That would have been hundreds of dollars more. 2. The flooring arrived 3 weeks before the project was scheduled to start. When I went to pick it up, I Was told by Valleri that a threshold was missing, but it would be in soon. On the Monday morning of the install, I emailed Valleri to find out about the threshold. I let the installer know we were missing the threshold and he suggested we could use one of the other transition pieces. He showed me what it would look like, I liked it and went with his suggestion. Valleri finally got back to me at the end of the day on Tuesday, after the install was completed by-the-way, and told me the vendor had been waiting for "Clarification" and had not sent the piece. I told her the job was now completed and I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. From her response, it seems either the vendor or Valleri made an error which resulted in me not recieving the piece on time. Since an error was made, I asked for an exception to their no refund policy. Valleri's response, "Sorry. Too late." As of the writing of this review, which is 4 days past the completion of the project, I still do not have the piece they are insisting I pay for. The piece cost $45.00 plus shipping.and the total sale was about $4,200.00. Now that $45.00 is not going to break me, but it felt like a total lack of respect and caring about their customer. You do better price wise at a big box store or online, but I paid a little more because I thought a small business like theirs would go the extra mile for their customer if something came up. That is just about the only thing a small business has gong for it over the cheaer discount stores. I was wrong. You may not get personalized service at the big box stores, but the chain stores and online vendors all allow you to return unopened boxes and unused finishing pieces. The flooring for this project cost 4,200.00. I purchased flooring twice before from them. One project cost 1,800.00 and the other was around 3,000.00. I remember the days when being a loyal repeat customer meant something
