Since they had already planned on bringing in a huge crane to do that job, I asked if they could help me. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done safely and lowered a great deal of wood into my rather small front yard. For quality and first-rate service, you can count on these guys. Frankly, I would have never found them because I had been searching in my own area code and they're located a few miles to the south of me.

It is now July 22nd 2021 and Ken has not returned 20+ calls to inquire when he will be fixing our fence. His secretary constantly says he is out on a job site and will call me back but never does. I have been more then patient through Covid and supply shortages but this is the worst business and customer service I have ever worked with. If you use this company you are destined for anger since they NEVER return your phone call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They cut the trees, cleaned up the yard and took all the waste, including huge stumps, filling in the holes! The pines were stuck half way up another tree. They were so careful with the tree still standing that you can barely tell there was an issue. The branches across the fence were from a tree in our neighbors yard. They recommended we get permission from the neighbor, we did so they went in their yard, cut the branches close to the tree and since the neighbor wanted to keep the wood, they cut it up and left a small pile of logs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They always do a professional job, stay within their estimate, and go above and beyond in terms of service. We will always choose them for any outdoor service! Great people!!

My advice to others is to get his initial quote in writing - I did not and took his word that he would remember. I called and asked him to return and fix the mess and I haven't seen or heard from him since. It's been about a month and nothing from Mr Garcia. Next time I'll just call the real pros and just pay the cost instead of trying to work with these small local guys who really don't know what they're doing. I think they just get lucky in some cases and some people might get decent work from them, but it's probably 50/50 on what type of results you'll get.
