While maintaining that property they blew leaves into my yard, two seasons in a row, after I had cleared my yard of leaves. I've spoken to them but they have yet to offer a solution. They came back this year but before they started in the neighbor's backyard, which abuts mine, I presented them with a Cease and Desist Order explaining that what they've done in the past was unlawful. I'm a senior citizen. We'll see if it works. Update: Jose, came to my house. Said he'd give my letter to his boss. Meanwhile he offered to clean up any debris that they may have caused.
