The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. I would have no problem recommending his company for any variety of landscaping services.

They skillfully removed all the branches & took them via the crane to the street where they put them in the wood chipper. They did the same with the base of the tree & again, used the crane to load those huge pieces into a truck. Every worker seemed to have a job & know what to do. Sometimes, when there are many workers, there is a lot of yelling which did not occur at all with this crew. They were all very polite & quiet. They, also, cleaned up the yard very well. I had a strange feeling when no one showed up. I called to follow up, she answered, but suddenly claimed she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back, but there was no answer. I also sent a text message, which was ignored. I had rearranged my morning and waited, only to be ghosted with no explanation. If my job wasn't a good fit, a simple message or call would've been appreciated. Ignoring potential clients is not only unprofessional, it's just bad business.
