The weeds kept flourishing. I got suspicious after the third application. Normally my driveway and the sidewalk are covered with a small amount of fertilizer granules during the application. But whenever this guy did the application, the driveway and the sidewalk were clean. I have many bare spots on my lawn. The grass is short. Freshly cut. I looked all over the lawn. I did not see any fertilizer granules. This scumbag was just driving over my lawn without releasing any fertilizer.
