They have all the supplies you could need for painting. I was driving home and remembered Ace Hardware, I called and they said they did the kind of key that I needed. I drove to the store, and was greatly assisted by Joanne, who had key experience to get 2 extra keys in a short time and at a very fair price. The old owners and staff were always in the stacks and ready to help. I tried to return an empty ACE small propane tank for reuse or recycling and they refused to take it. When I asked her what I should do with it she literally said "not my problem". They keep pushing you to use the app but they can't figure out in 2024 how to provide guest WiFi so you can actually access and use the app. I prefer to shop local but when customer service is your only differentiator in a commodity business, they will suffer for not providing it.

I have passed US Brand for years and may have stopped in when it was an "Oriental Furniture Outlet" or a mattress wholesaler, I really can't remember. Whatever it was doesn't really matter, US Brand is a converted industrial garage stuffed to the rafters with furniture. Surprisingly the staff is very low key and allows you to catch your breath and get the lay of the land without descending like vultures on a wounded mongoose (very much appreciated BTW.) Unfortunately, their furniture inventory is not our style. Lots of laminate, white leather, sprawling Diamonique chandeliers and copious use of gold inlays. It felt more like an estate sale for the last Gabor sister or perhaps, Imelda Marcos. Obviously, this casino maximus style must sell but today was not the day to channel my inner Wayne Newton. Four stars for the very relaxed sales environment. Given the furniture jackals elsewhere, that's no small compliment.

Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white).
