I paid a 50% deposit to get on their schedule, I knew they were about 6 weeks out when I did that. I went there and selected vinyl, Brad let me know when they'd be ready to start on them. We took the stools to them about a week ago, Brad delivered them to me tonight. They look better now, than they did when I bought them. The workmanship is pristine. I am beyond impressed with the entire transaction. I try and support local owned businesses whenever I can. Vintage Source earned and deserves that support. Walking through the show room was a bonus, a trip down memory lane. If you're looking vintage, don't miss going there. The hardwood flooring included the kitchen, dining room, and hallway, which are part of the open floor plan. They explained the process before proceeding: The first phase was replacing the water damaged wood planks in the kitchen followed by removal of the "shoes", which are the parts connected to the floor board. They then sanded the entire wood flooring then cleaned up the residual wood dust. They then applied our custom wood stain. They returned the following day to apply the first two coats of polyurethane. Due to this being Friday, no service on weekends, they returned Monday to apply the final coat of poly. They explained we could walk on the floors, hard bottom shoes only ( no high heels) and we could also return our appliances to the kitchen. ( a dolly was required). Overall, customer service was excellent, the "floor" guys were conscientious and deliberate, taking care in the quality of their work. It is recommended to re-do hardwood floors every 10 years. I will be calling them again in 10 years, or earlier if tragedy strikes again.

I had to have them come back to fix several areas that should have been done 1st time around. The crews were always running late and would text and say they would be late. Some of the crews were extremely loud carrying on personal conversations about issues with the company. Not great PR for the company. They can do better! I think they are just trying to run fast and get jobs done quick without taking time for the quality work that you are expecting with what you are paying. My floors do look wonderful though!

I first selected them because someone else I knew used them for a job and also because they were a family owned KCK business (which is where I am from). They did a wonderful job on both items. For the sofa they assisted me in selecting a vinyl they carried that everyone thinks is real leather when they sit on the sofa. They also refurbished the chrome frame as well. I would highly recommend De Leon to anyone. For my sofa they came and picked it up at my home and returned it to me when done. Al De Leon was great to work with and I couldn't help but be charmed by his adorable mother who works in the store as well.
