Once measured and carpet was picked out, they did have a few week waiting period for install, but that was fine as we weren't on any kind of deadline. The installers came around 830 on the day and we're done around 1pm. They carpeted our living room and 3 bedrooms. Some rooms required more carpet that the length of a roll and the seams are invisible. They moved all our bulky furniture in/out of the rooms and we didn't have to worry about trying to do that ourselves. The carpet came out amazing and we couldn't be happier.

It's 25 year old carpet that has pet stains which is why we were replacing it. Now we have all that old carpet and padding sitting on my grass until next week when we have to pay for bulk pickup to get it. The pictures speak for themselves as the quality of the install was messy, careless, and lacked detail. At many spots where the floor met the various bedroom door moldings, as well as all areas around the top stairwell pillars, there was cracking, unevenness, wood defects, excess staining, and even nails sticking out of the floor. When we notified our sales contact, Mike Elyachar, he initially didn't respond to us, so we eventually got him on the phone. He had an apathetic attitude and didn't seem concerned that we were unhappy. He eventually got us scheduled to have someone fix some of the issues but not all were addressed fully. We will not be using this company again and want to warn others before they spend their hard-earned money with Big Bob's.
