I appreciate how this office runs and how easy my appointments always are. Every appointment is always on time with no waiting. I am always in and out before I know it and the staff is always incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I have gotten several different things done and I am regular with my cleanings and checkups. I love how clear the doctor is with her explanations of what she is seeing. I am always shown X-rays and photos and the doctor and staff takes time to answer questions. I also appreciate that costs are explained upfront and I am always given a detailed estimate. They have flexible payment plans and affordable options that you can pay monthly making the costs very reasonable and affordable. In terms of insurance, they have always explained everything clearly on what's covered. I am also glad that they've worked with my insurance when I've had issues. I have not always felt good about my dental heath but coming here and staying regular with my checkups and cleanings I feel that I am investing in my smile. It feels good and I get such great value from coming here. Overall, the staff here is exceptional and I am happy to be a patient. For anyone looking for good quality dental care give them a try. Then when it comes to finances, I found it to be clear and transparent. Any questions I had were answered including any insurance questions. Dr Lee told me that he doesn't want to work on me…read more Dr Lee said that his least favorite patients are the ones with small mouths, strong tongues, and the people with gag reflex. Since I am his least favorite type of patient he said that I would need to be sedated for him to work on me and he doesn't want to work on me. Dr Lee also didn't take my latex allergy seriously and said that I didn't have one....but I used to work with mail in 2021 when the U.S. had the first fatal bio terror anthrax attack that killed a few people and was a national panic. People like me that worked with mail had to wear protective latex gloves. These days the latex gloves are made with less powder. But back in 2021 as soon asa nearby co-worker slapped on her gloves I suffered a lot of symptoms (itchy watery red eyes, itching, redness, rashes, and a weird feeling breathing) I had to leave work and go to a doctor. My doctor told me I had the worst reaction to latex that he ever saw. He also told me that my allergy might not be the latex but usually is from the powder in the latex gloves. (These days most latex gloves are powder free or just lightly powdered). I remember my doctor prescribed steroids and It took many months for me to recover from what I went through with the latex. I am sorry that I gave this Dental Office a try. My experience could have been much better if Dr Lee treated people with respect. Dr Lee doesn't want to work on patients with small mouths, strong tongues, gag reflex, and also doesn't take latex allergies seriously.

Every appointment they have made sure I knew what was going to happen step by step and ran my dental work through my insurance to fully educate me on the cost prior to doing any procedures. They fully involve you with every step of your dental procedures from making the appointment to options on what to have done and suggestions on how to prevent issues in the future. When my appointment is made, I always receive a conformation text about the appointment. Closer to the appointment I always receive a reminder text. This dental practice should have a higher rating for sure. They should also be given the opportunity to earn your business.

Like many people, I've had to prioritize numerous medical appointments, and taking additional leave from work isn't easy. Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly frustrating. I arrived early for my appointment, yet I spent nearly two hours in the office. First, I had X-rays, then waited for the dentist. After the dentist briefly examined my teeth, I waited again for the hygienist, only to be told they couldn't do my cleaning that day and that I would need to schedule another appointment. When I explained that Fridays are the only day I can realistically come in because I'm off work, I was told the hygienist doesn't work Fridays. I was then told there was only one appointment left before they were booked for more than two months. After that, I was left waiting yet again for someone to come explain the dentist's findings. No one ever updated me on why I was waiting or how much longer it would be, so I eventually got tired of sitting there and left. Throughout the visit, several staff members commented on how long it had been since my last dental appointment. Experiences like this are exactly why it's difficult to keep up with routine dental care. Spending nearly two hours at the office without even receiving a cleaning--and then being told I need another appointment months later--is simply not a good use of my limited time off. While I was waiting, I also witnessed another patient become frustrated enough to walk out before completing their visit, which made me feel that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I understand that dental offices get busy, but communication goes a long way. Had someone simply kept me informed about the delays, it would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't valued, and I won't be returning.
