I appreciate how this office runs and how easy my appointments always are. Every appointment is always on time with no waiting. I am always in and out before I know it and the staff is always incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I have gotten several different things done and I am regular with my cleanings and checkups. I love how clear the doctor is with her explanations of what she is seeing. I am always shown X-rays and photos and the doctor and staff takes time to answer questions. I also appreciate that costs are explained upfront and I am always given a detailed estimate. They have flexible payment plans and affordable options that you can pay monthly making the costs very reasonable and affordable. In terms of insurance, they have always explained everything clearly on what's covered. I am also glad that they've worked with my insurance when I've had issues. I have not always felt good about my dental heath but coming here and staying regular with my checkups and cleanings I feel that I am investing in my smile. It feels good and I get such great value from coming here. Overall, the staff here is exceptional and I am happy to be a patient. For anyone looking for good quality dental care give them a try. Interesting pattern in the negative reviews for this office. ----------------------- The office and its staff were pleasant, but the diagnoses were inaccurate and appeared predatory. I was cash pay, not using insurance. After leaving this office, I sought a second opinion. The second dentist could not identify Northern Edge's findings or support its treatment plan. Nonexistent cavity - Doctor could not show me the "hole" on the imaging but attempted to show me utilizing a mirror and tool. I could not see it and expressed no sensitivity. It was about $400 for a filling. There was zero trace of a cavity nor the start of one during the second opinion. "Fractures" - Doctor stated I have fractures, not craze lines. None of my teeth are cracked and show zero evidence of "fracture". It's like calling a scratch in paint a hole in the wall. Doctor and team emphasized teeth grinding and purchasing a mouth guard from a dentist office. Second opinion stated zero evidence of "fractures", signs of grinding, or need for intervention. Misleading screen display to emphasize discoloration - There are screens in the rooms used to review x-rays and photos for the evaluation. The tone is set to make your teeth look far, far more discolored. On the screen mine looked almost entirely gingerbread brown vs off-white in reality and during the second opinion imaging. Deep Clean - I have a history of deep cleans and planned for perio maintenance. My last scaling/root planing was less than a year ago. I have never been severe enough to require shots to numb and have only had a topical. Doctor wanted it all. The gum depths she cited were much higher than the second opinion and my history. Second opinion stated there was zero evidence or need for this procedure. Bedside manner - Extremely minor complaint but just added fuel to the fire. I asked if periodontal disease is hereditary. Obviously, lifestyle factors in. My concern was for what I can expect in the future and take extra care. Doctor's response was "don't blame your dad", which didn't answer the question and was needlessly patronizing.

Don't believe me then go see this young doctor full of himself. Witness it yourself. Piece of my tooth Dr Lee broke following my root canal bc he said he doesn't think we can do a root canal on it; x-ray and endodontist disagreed and did it. Returned to him same day as root canal, Dr Lee kept applying heavy repeated pressure on my jaw and found a way to break piece off. Then after boasting about how he was right he then had to build it up with cement & crown. He is blinded by his own young pride.

Since I am his least favorite type of patient he said that I would need to be sedated for him to work on me and he doesn't want to work on me. Dr Lee also didn't take my latex allergy seriously and said that I didn't have one....but I used to work with mail in 2021 when the U.S. had the first fatal bio terror anthrax attack that killed a few people and was a national panic. People like me that worked with mail had to wear protective latex gloves. These days the latex gloves are made with less powder. But back in 2021 as soon asa nearby co-worker slapped on her gloves I suffered a lot of symptoms (itchy watery red eyes, itching, redness, rashes, and a weird feeling breathing) I had to leave work and go to a doctor. My doctor told me I had the worst reaction to latex that he ever saw. He also told me that my allergy might not be the latex but usually is from the powder in the latex gloves. (These days most latex gloves are powder free or just lightly powdered). I remember my doctor prescribed steroids and It took many months for me to recover from what I went through with the latex. I am sorry that I gave this Dental Office a try. My experience could have been much better if Dr Lee treated people with respect. Dr Lee doesn't want to work on patients with small mouths, strong tongues, gag reflex, and also doesn't take latex allergies seriously.

Then an assistant walks in with the prices, and before I agreed to book the appointment, I asked "how long is the filling procedure?" She then said "let me go ask Dr Faddis" and she came back to me and told me he quoted about 1 hour. Which means he very well could have quoted the length of the procedure. Dr faddis I believe is not qualified to do my fillings if he can't even provide a guesstimate on how long the procedure is. I'm age 36 AND retired so I have plenty of time to find a much better dr with good ratings. I'm sure dr faddis is good for quick simple little procedures, but not cavity fillings. It just seemed shady to me and at that point I was over it because the visit was a total waste of time. However, The dental hygienist and person that checked me out were very nice. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but felt like I didn't get the most basic dental care because of the insurance I have (medicaid). After the dentist briefly examined my teeth, I waited again for the hygienist, only to be told they couldn't do my cleaning that day and that I would need to schedule another appointment. When I explained that Fridays are the only day I can realistically come in because I'm off work, I was told the hygienist doesn't work Fridays. I was then told there was only one appointment left before they were booked for more than two months. After that, I was left waiting yet again for someone to come explain the dentist's findings. No one ever updated me on why I was waiting or how much longer it would be, so I eventually got tired of sitting there and left. Throughout the visit, several staff members commented on how long it had been since my last dental appointment. Experiences like this are exactly why it's difficult to keep up with routine dental care. Spending nearly two hours at the office without even receiving a cleaning--and then being told I need another appointment months later--is simply not a good use of my limited time off. While I was waiting, I also witnessed another patient become frustrated enough to walk out before completing their visit, which made me feel that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I understand that dental offices get busy, but communication goes a long way. Had someone simply kept me informed about the delays, it would have made a big difference.
