After receiving my xrays and telling them I had the coupon the poked around a little in my mouth, then the lady told me they couldn't honor the coupon. I was told that my teeth needed a different time of cleaning that would cost $700! And that the coupon only covered general cleaning. When I asked what the difference in cleaning was she just said it was totally different. When I asked again if they would just give me the regular cleaning they said no. I have been to dentists all my life and have never heard of different rates on how dirty your teeth are a cleaning is a cleaning no matter how good or bad it is!
