They are truly service-oriented from the moment you reach out to them, and it starts with Dan. He's friendly, responsive and provides detailed estimates immediately for whatever work is needed. We have a 5-zone sprinkler system with a combination of drip lines and sprinklers in the front and backyard. It's a funky arrangement that needed a serious upgrade. His crew (Marvin and Jose) are miracle workers! They are real problem solvers who managed to reroute some existing sprinkler lines, fix several hidden leaks and provide more water coverage in several zones. Marvin and Jose are a joy to watch. They really enjoy their work and it shows. Marvin will even sing while he's putting in new drip lines or tying off others, and nothing seems to faze him. Both men are polite, courteous and appreciative of drinks and snacks while they work. They say "Thank you, so much" every time. After spending the entire day at our home, we tested the system and everything worked well, but there were a few dry spots I noticed the next day. Dan came by today to collect payment and I showed him the areas where water wasn't quite reaching and he said, "No problem." Marvin and Jose will come back to make a few adjustments -- at no extra charge. Best of all, the new parts they install are guaranteed for 5 years instead of one. Who does that? We were in desperate need of better grading, drainage, and mud management with our two dogs. The biggest issue was that our grass had stopped growing, despite our best efforts. The lack of sun/increased shade throughout the year, the rain of course, and eight paws running through the yard left our backyard a large mudpit. And because the grass stopped growing, the ground had hardened, forcing even more water to run towards our house, flooding our garage. Juan was amazing - he listened to all of our needs and recommended pavers and artificial grass along with fixing the grading and drainage. His team was incredibly punctual and professional - and thoughtful! For example, ensuring our temporary fencing was replaced each night to keep the dogs in and helping us move our trash cans on trash day. Above and beyond. I had interviewed two other companies - one would only give me a quote for design work (and in the quote literally reiterated the requirements I had given them - no indication of what the solution might be) and the other quote seemed high and was hard to envision. We really loved working with Juan - he is very professional and down-to-earth. You can tell he really cares about each project. With Creekscape, there were no design fees which I greatly appreciated. When the project was complete, I could envision the family gatherings we will have here now. And after several weeks of rain, I can happily report I haven't had to clean one muddy paw!
