Apparently wasn't something they really wanted to take care of. My appointment was between 2:30 and 3:00. A few minutes before 3:00 they called to tell me that their truck had broken down in the morning and because now they were stuck somewhere else they couldn't take care of my job. I had been waiting all day and they could have called me this morning so I didn't have to stay home. But they didn't and when I tried to get them to come first thing the next day they wanted me to do another mid-day appointment. It didn't work for me. Staying home 2 days and plus what would I do if again they had an issue? They had trucks out but they were more interested in making sure they got to do their install jobs and said they would have to come after those were done. So yes, those jobs as far as money goes are more important. But what I got from this is they don't care about servicing their customers once they're done with the installation. I found another company to come and take care of it. They were happy to come early in the day.

I was told the technician would arrive today between 11 am and 1 pm. When no one had arrived or called me at 2 pm, I called the office to see what was going on. I spent 15 minutes talking with a lady who after making me wait forever on hold told me I was not scheduled. Then she proceeded to tell me that I must have spoken to some sort of AI. When I refuted this and told her that I had a full conversation with a human who acknowledged I had done business with them, and we discussed my needs at length. She still would not admit that they had made a mistake. At this point, I was beyond exasperated and hung up. I will never call this company again, and while I normally don't take the time leaving a negative review, they have certainly earned it today.
