1st order arrived without dry ice!! (their site specifies everything is packed w/5# dry ice and 2 frozen ice packs) everything thawed & bloody. torn/cut bags, prey and meat chunks strewn throughout the box. gross! emailed them immediately, days later still haven't heard a thing. excellent selection of protein items, but we had to repackage and refreeze everything, not knowing if it'll be safe to feed our pets or not. not worth the risk. read more
