I see the same tech every time I go in (maybe she's the only one?) and she's kind and a little eccentric, but we have a great rapport because of this. I really like dr.deutsch, both as a person and as my doctor. He communicates in such a clear and respectful manner, always directly addressing whatever concerns I have. I like that he takes the time to go over results and will explain everything in depth. Another thing I appreciated was when I was waiting on my nipt results from my ob office (which is insanely busy), he actually called me with the results first, which was awesome. He and my ob communicate and share information so attentively and that makes everything all the more smooth. I typically avoid male doctors in general, but I have so much respect and appreciation for dr. Deutsch. I do not plan on having anymore kids (especially living in this state) but if I did, I'd be happy to come back.

Dr. Isdith was the only doctor that listened to me and didn't dismiss my concerns, and because of that, I finally learned the cause of my problems, which was an autoimmune disease. I am grateful for this good doctor. She is one of the smartest doctors and also one of the kindest. I'm thankful for Dr. Isdith. Also, I appreciate the women who work at her office and her nurses who take my vitals and assist with procedures. Everyone seems to be efficient and professional. The office is also clean and have lots of hand sanitizer around the waiting room. The good doctor is also obviously very experienced, she took out a tiny birth control implant from my arm with ease and calm that you would absolutely want from your doctor/surgeon. I felt safe and well taken care of by Dr. Isdith and her nurse. Dr. Isdith is just the best!

At my sister's check-up visit, we waited for a few minutes before being brought back. The medical assistant was very nice and pleasant. She took my sister's vitals & told my sister what exam room she would be occupying. My sister walked herself to an exam room. My sister was then visited by a Dr. Tracy Burton who literally took 2 minutes to ask my sister how she's feeling, listen to the baby's heart beat and then ask her if she had any questions. She didn't go over what the progress was since the last visit. She didn't measure the growth of her baby bump since the last visit. My sister explained that she fell a few days before and brought the medical records from the hospital she visited. This doctor looked at the records & handed them back to my sister. I'm a Nurse & my first instinct would be to get a copy for my office's records but no, she gave them right back to my sister and offered no advice. Everything this Doctor did, I could have done myself and more. Clearly she is more concerned with having a job to payoff student loans than actually being a Doctor. It's really sad

The last visit I was told to 'come early or late' by the receptionist. I asked what that meant and what I should do. She said come early. Okay. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and still waited like usual. It's a shame because the Nurse Practitioner is super nice, but as a professional woman I need an office that can keep a schedule. When I commented to the receptionist about the wait time she told me that everyone waits at the doctor's office. She waits an hour and a half at her doctor's office. My advice: Get a new doctor. That is what I am going to do! After waiting for an hour and 20 minutes to be seen I was told by the doctor that I was at the wrong office. I needed an ultrasound, which I explained to the receptionist. She failed to mention that the ultrasound technician was not available. I was then asked to go to Boca and wait over there for service. Unbelievable! I am obviously a little frustrated while writing this, but the level of customer service was truly disappointing!

But just like other doctor offices, the wait is long but worth it. And they kind of feel bad about the wait so they started giving patients brownies/cakes while you wait in the room if you want. Ok so I guess the brownie changed my star rating lol sort of... Seriously, though I love Dr.Graber because not only did she speak to me about my womanly health but also we talked about my skin issue which sort of got in the conversation. This doctor treated in the most cold hearted way ever during my yearly exam. I felt like she almost…read moredidn't want me there, and trust me, it's not like I look forward to these yearly exams. But that wasn't the worst of it. I had been using a cheap prescription that was TOTALLY working for me when I went in for my yearly exam. She insisted I tried this other expensive prescription and when I complained about the cost, she offered she'd give me 6 months worth of the expensive prescription. But when push came to shove, she denied having told me that, so I wanted her to prescribe me the old cheaper prescription. She wouldn't do it unless of course, I came into her office. I attempted to go into her office when I was scheduled to come in, except SHE QUIT that day and I LITERALLY had to hunt her down to get her to write me the old prescription (as in she didn't make ANY effort to follow up on me, even though I was scheduled to see her that day.) As if that wasn't enough, and because I had run out of the expensive prescription in the midst of all this crap, she wouldn't put me back on my old prescription until I had a $65 pregnancy test done. I felt like I jumped a ton of hoops just to get this doctor to put me back on the prescription that had been working for me. I swear to God this is by far THE WORST experience with a Doctor I have ever had, even though I grew up in a third world country. My advice: Stay away from this one if you have a choice!
