Such a wonderful experience today!…read more Parking can be a little challenging, but once you get inside, the experience is completely different. The office is very clean, and everyone both the office staff and the laboratory team is incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. No matter what question you have, they take the time to answer, explain everything, and help you. Today everything was so quick and organized that I was honestly impressed. I think I had a particularly great team today such wonderful ladies! I also want to give a special shout-out to Suzanna Sinanian from the Clinical Department (PBDES). She was very attentive, kind, and professional. She was the person who came in before the doctor, asked me questions, took my blood pressure and weight, and prepared everything for the visit. And to my surprise, she speaks Russian! It was such a lovely feeling to unexpectedly hear my native language, especially in a medical office. Suzanna was incredibly pleasant and made me feel comfortable right away. Overall, today was one of those medical appointments where everything just went smoothly friendly staff, a clean office, quick service, and people who genuinely seem to care. Everyone was driving round & round looking for a spot. People coming out of the building were being followed to their cars in hope for a spot. I called the office to let them know I had arrived 30 mins before my appt and was still in the parking lot searching for a parking place. When I finally walked into the door of the office, a strong unpleasant smell hit me like someone was cooking food - disgusting! Then I heard loud Pop music coming from behind the reception desk. Some of the women behind reception were singing along. I introduced myself & was immediately told I was late. They told me I needed to be there 15 mins before my appt and not the 7 mins when i finally arrived. I reminded them I just called from the parking lot where I spent well over 15 mins searching for a parking spot. My appt was at 3pm & I presented at 2:53pm after over 15 mins in parking lot! They told me they would ask Dr. Alexis Da Silva how she wanted to handle it. In the meantime as I stood there, I was instructed to complete & sign many forms and they copied my drivers license. The women behind the desk were all speaking spanish & I realized I was the only one there who wasn't Hispanic. After all this, I was told Dr. Da Silva said "absolutely not" and that my appt was cancelled. I had waited for over a month to see this specialist who was recommended by my primary Dr. and they turned me away. Disgusting behavior! Extremely unprofessional. Thinking back now I feel like a dodged a bullet. The office smelled horrible, music was blaring, and there were decorations all over the walls & entrance door that looked like a 3rd grader made them. He was very professional, and answered all my questions & concerns. I told him I'd expedite delivery of my sonogram. Two days later I dropped off the sonogram (04/15) and my Consultation Appointment is in three days. I expect that whatever the test results show I will be in good hands.

Her follow-up with Lisa Cohen, PA-C was 9:30 a.m., the only time offered. We were up at 6:00 getting her ready. I called from the road to say we were running late. We arrived at 9:44. The entrance has heavy wood doors and no automatic opener -- I question whether it meets ADA requirements. I held one open with my body while pushing her wheelchair through, alone, in front of the front desk. Nobody stood up. Then I was told that because we were 14 minutes late, she would not be seen. I explained the surgery and the rehab. I asked for an exception. The receptionist said no. A second staff member said no. She went home without ever being examined. If 14 minutes is the hard line, and nobody will open a door for a woman who can't walk, you know what kind of office this is before you reach the exam room. We transferred her care. Find somewhere else.

However, after waiting nearly an hour without communication or apology, I discovered this was not the case. Booking billable sessions on false pretenses, causing excessive delays, and subjecting a long established patient to hostile behavior is an egregious operational failure. Regional corporate leadership must audit the administrative practices and review provider conduct standards at this branch.

I like that he takes the time to go over results and will explain everything in depth. Another thing I appreciated was when I was waiting on my nipt results from my ob office (which is insanely busy), he actually called me with the results first, which was awesome. From the beginning, I've felt very comfortable with Dr. Deutsch. It starts off with the clean and pleasant waiting room and the always considerate and warm staff. I've had more than one technician give me an ultrasound here, and they've all been nice. Then comes Dr. Deutsch, who is very professional but with a down-to-earth, humble tone. He comes off as very accessible, which makes it easy to ask him questions. His genetic counseling was clearcut and easy to understand.
