It was Arthur's first professional grooming experience thus, I had no idea how he'd behave or how it would turn out. I took Arthur to John's residence where his pet grooming van is parked. John gives a 10% discount for coming to him which I thought was very generous of him. I'd gladly bring my kitty to him regardless. John was extremely patient and kept me updated as things progressed. It took 3.5 hours total because Arthur would only let John work on him if he was held on his lap as it helped him feel secured. It took a lot of TLC for Arthur to successfully receive his first grooming experience and not traumatized by it. John is simply a godsend. He's knowledgeable about cat behaviors which greatly helps when grooming stressed cats. He also cares about the anxieties of the pet owner and his clear as well as regular communication during the process made such a huge difference. I really appreciated this and it did not go unnoticed. This is my first experience with John let alone a mobile groomer or any groomer for that matter. I usually bathe my dogs myself and brush them daily but I was getting tired of all the hair around the house (vacuuming daily) and brushing daily yet they still had tangles (but they were still cute). Anyway, John took great care to make sure Lucy and Harley were comfortable. He gave them treats (he asked first if that was ok of course). John also sent me photos of them on text. I don't know if this is standard but he put "Happy Hoodies" on them and sent me a picture and text explaining what they were. He was also extremely considerate of my dogs reaction to the high velocity hose and let me know he was going to gentle dry them. Lucy and Harley look great and John was easy to work with. He was very receptive when I asked him to make small changes afterwards (they were very minor changes). Harley especially took to John and went back outside to the front porch to say goodbye to John at the front door. John is very kind and is passionate about what he does - I appreciate this and highly recommend him!

She fed each pet twice a day and walked the dog twice a day (when requested - our trip schedule was complicated and we also had other help from a friend). She even played with the cats and bought them a toy. I definitely recommend. Her fees are very reasonable for the caring services she provides. Sadly I found Barbara late in our 4 year San Diego move, just before we moved away to Denver. Very sad that it took me so long to find her. She's wonderful, caring and goes out of her way for you and your pets. I very much recommend her if you need pet services while you're out of the house or out of town.

Lisa came over to feed our kitty for a few nights, and sent us a text message (some with pictures!) letting us know how the visits were going (love that!!). I've been bouncing from groomer to groomer and he's been traumatized, won't let me touch him, whimpers for a week, gets destructive. And then I met Kristen with her cute little grooming bus. She took great care of him. It's the first time he wasn't traumatized by a groomer. I'm not sure what it was exactly with previous groomers. But she gave my senior doggy some TLC. And he looked so fluffy and happy. I've also received a ton of compliments on his haircut. I will never change groomers, my senior doggy officially loves her.

Our dog is a shaggy labradoodle who gets pretty matted and requires some real TLC. Normally he doesn't like being dropped off at a groomer for hours and hours while other dogs ahead of him get groomed. This is real one on one attention without other dogs barking everywhere and scaring our dog. It's also much cleaner. Billy got pampered for a couple of hours and came out looking as handsome and clean as I've ever seen him-smelled great too! All he had to do was walk up the driveway and he was home. He really seemed to like our groomer too. He Normally can't wait to get away from the groomers, but he was very comfortable, tail wagging and even gave his groomer some kisses before she left! This was a high quality grooming, affordable and convenient. We have a happy and clean dog and we're happy too because we finally found a groomer that we like, and most importantly- Billy likes!
