I appreciate how…read moreKatie will try to match their potty schedule as much as possible since one of my dogs poops up to 4 times a day and easily gets diarrhea and the other one cannot hold her bladder for long. I let Katie know how anxious they can get and she has been so empathetic and caring with them. I was and am continually impressed with how she always places the dogs comfort and safety first. We haven't boarded them yet (not needed for a while), but we are working on getting them comfortable with her so that it won't be a big shock and trauma to them when I leave them for the first time. They've met with her twice and already love her. Just one of the dogs has extreme anxiety and separation anxiety so when I'm not around, they easily freak out which is why I scheduled for more frequent day care days before the boarding date in order to make the boarding less stressful. Her patience with my anxious babies makes me feel very comfortable in leaving them with her. She treats my dogs how I would treat them (actually probably even better and with more patience). And I'm so impressed that I do plan to do biweekly or monthly (depending on what my budget allows) daycare with her so that the dogs will be able to have fun away from home but in a controlled and monitored environment with someone that prioritizes their comfort and safety. Her prices are super reasonable too! Side note, the dogs are trained in another language and she makes the extra effort to learn the commands in the other language for them. I didn't expect this, and am very appreciative of the effort.

They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind. I have never gone away and felt completely relaxed until now. After the first visit I was sold, she is my go-to person for pet sitting. IT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF MIRACULOUS!!! I want to thank her from GROOMING him from HEAD to TOE. He was completely washed, and had his hair cut. He had his ears cleaned, nails trimmed. Also, immediately following the Pug-walks with Kay, my Louigi was not out of breath, even though the weather was very sunny and hot (Pugs have a definite tendency of overheating). Kay consciously followed my exact directions, in order to find the perfect location, for my Pug to have a nice and shady route, every time. Also, Kay acknowledged the items of concern, which I had emailed to her, immediately prior to the initial scheduled dog-walk (at my front-door). Thank you very much, Kay!!! I found Kay online and she offered to do a free meet & greet to make sure we're compatible. Bandit is a reactive dog on a leash, which means he lunges and whines/barks at other dogs on walks. It was really hard for me to find a walker that could take on all 60lbs (lean mass) of him. It was doggy love at first sight, he was super excited to meet her and was really chill with us chatting. I quickly schedule a dog walk for the next morning. Bandit had loads of fun on his dog walk and he was pretty much pooped afterward. Like bro! It was only 30 mins. Kay is definitely now our regular dog walker.

Jeffrey is a male lab mix and was 10 months old when he came to stay with me. When Jeffrey came to stay with me, I already had Koda, a male chow-huskie mix, four years old. About two months into his stay, Jeffrey became my forever dog. Also, at about that same time, Jeffrey and Koda began to get into some bad fights that needed human intervention to stop. My friend had taken her dog to Devotion to Dogs with great results, so I took Jeffrey for training. Jeffrey completed his training about one month ago and no fights with Koda have occurred after the training. Josh was great with Jeffrey and did Jeffrey's home visit.
