We had a 7 day trip to Kauai during the thanksgiving week which tuned into 10 days due to plane delays. Matt and Alicia were there every day twice a day to take care our our precious dogs. They gave the dogs much needed attention, every morning and night. They fed them and made sure they were safe for the night. When we didn't come home as planned due to delays they were there to make sure the dogs were taken care. Alicia is very professional and took pictures daily updating me on my dogs well being. Matt played with them and my dogs just licked him and loved him. I was very pleased with Family Pet Sitting and I would highly recommend them. We don't go many places due to having the two dogs. I have a pit bull so it is not always easy finding a kennel that will board and play with the dogs, and even let her play with other dogs who could take the wrestling and had the energy... The owner was very accommodating, I called the friday night before I needed to board sat morning, he had to do something in the morning so he gave me the option of bringing Emmie that night, at no charge, or bringing her before 7am the next day... Emmie was happy, healthy, and clean when I picked her up... I will update my review as I use him more, since I just had a customer service issue with my other kennel... But I look forward to building a relationship with this new kennel...

We loved that her house is the dogs house. She makes them feel so comfortable and welcome. Her house is in a cul-de-sac with a nice open and fenced yard which is great because my dogs love to be outside. Every time we dropped off our little ones they were with her for a minimum of 5 days and she made it a breeze. We'd text every so often to see how things were going and she always gave a good report. She loved our dogs so much that she always joked about how she wanted to keep them and would love to have them at anytime. My older little one is a 10 year old Pekingese name Bentley. He prefers to be alone if there is a lot of commotion or other dogs. She was always happy to put him in another room by himself and not have to lock him up. He's a slower eater and prefers to be by himself, so she was always accommodating with him. My younger one is a 4 year old Frenchie name Zoey and she just loved being at Cindy's house. And Cindy loved having her. Every time I picked them up she always wanted Zoey to stay longer. We are sad we had to leave California and wish Cindy was near us in Tennessee!
