Then, the manager refused to give me the sale price for the 2 pairs of shoes I had picked out. She was rude and condescending. Racism is alive and well in Rockford Illinois. Everyone has the right to their way of thinking. But at WORK in a Business you leave your racist beliefs and attitudes at HOME!!! Mexican people work too. We spend our hard earned money in your businesses. Show some respect! Manager! My money is clean money earned by my hard work. Parents are deceased and dad is recent. We are trying to clean the house and interview estate…read morecompanies. I contacted Joan and made an appointment for her to come to the house. She was about 20 mins late, snobbish/snotty, and didn't even due a full walk through. She walked in and saw the living/dining room, family room and stopped at kitchen. Said it was not going to work as there is too much stuff and too much cleaning needs to happen. Was here for about 10 mins and left. Very unprofessional!
