Went there to look at bikes, spoke with Daniel, who loves his Road King and is never getting rid of it. The guy was super friendly helpful and even gave ayoung child a toy motorcycle, he got it from his bike, think he personally bought them. He spent time educating me on the different models. Buyer beware, My nephew bought a bike from Harley world three months after he bought the bike it blew the engine, apparently an aftermarket breather was on the bike when he bought it. I lost a screw went down in the engine, so they told him it wasn't under warranty and wouldn't fix the bike.. so my nephew bought a $11,500 motor and had Harley the motor in six months later he finally gets his bike back rides the bike three times sent Harley world a video of the bike knocking and add three ports to the motor that was open. Nothing you could see right down into the motor. He sends more video and pictures of the motor to Harley world service manager. The service manager told him that was normal to ride the bike through the breaking and to bring it back up there for service. That was a round March 22 2025 my nephew goes out gets on the bike March 28, 2025 was taking it to another shop to be looked at he gets maybe 5 to 7 miles away from his house and the bike start spitting and sputtering dies on him now is leaking oil everywhere black smoke coming out of the filters and out of all the holes that was left open and start. This place has monkeys working in their service department service manager don't know anything about bikes apparently I will never buy another bike from Harley world nor use their service department. The only reason to take two stars off is due to my experience with the Service Department. From the get-go, Leon had a bad attitude and an unwillingness to help. I was looking for a specific type of new handlebars for my soft tail, and he lied on the sizing to make a sale. The Iron Nation location, who are awesome, informed me that there was an entire 4" difference than what Leon had stated. Advice to Harley, give that guy an attitude adjustment before a customer does it for you. Other than that, the sales team have always been awesome and friendly. The gals at the merchandise counter are always super friendly. RJ on the sales team was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience a good one. read more

BEWARE! I DO NOT recommend having service performed here. They had bad attitudes poor customer service, I had bolts left loose, air cleaner oil poured all the way down the side of my bike and the oil was not changed. I had parts go bad because I assumed I had my oil changed. I was not going yo make too much of a stink I just wanted a refund for the service. so I called the general manager told him what happened and just ask for refund he said he would get back to me after talking to the service department and I have not heard from him since. One of the best shops I've ever visited. I was a solo traveler passing through and got caught in a storm. My bike started to run rough so I limped it to their shop. They immediately assisted me and got my bike on a lift. After getting me squared away I was back on the run in an hour. They gave me contacts to other shops in neighboring states in case I had more issues and even helped me find a better route. where to start. I bought a harley deluxe cvo 2015 in march of 2023. Rode this bike 1200 miles when it had a catastrophic engine failure. I went to the sales manager and reminded him they told me if anything was wrong with the bike the service dept. would have cought it. I was asking the sales manager to go with me to service dept on my behave so as to recieve some kind of discount on the new $6000 motor I was being told i needed. The guy wouldn¨t even get out of his chair but did say , That¨s not my department¨Can u believe it?!! So this bike went to service, I hadn´t even made the first payment yet when that motor blew. Now here it is last of June I´m about to make a 3rd payment & they are telling the motor is in but the voltage regulator is bad & when it arrives the bike is ready, that was two weeks ago. I just got off the phone with them & it still has not arrived. Had i known it would take this long i would have driven to Dallas & gotten one. Do Not Do Buisness With These People!!! The bike has been in the shop ever sense i bought it & yet they have never called me with an update. Also the bill is north of $8000 dollars. Instead of riding my bike I´m writing this damn review. So I bought an Ultra Low and I wasn't going to tell my wife. Maybe if she worked I would listen to her input on how I spend my money. But she doesn't work. I told Allen and Phil that my wife cannot find out. Well guess what? Someone sent paperwork to my home in Roseville Ca. Any and all paperwork was to go to my brothers house in Temecula Ca where the bike will be stored. I am active duty and we are stationed in Germany. Well now my wife refuses to pick me up at the Frankfurt airport stating "ride your new Harley". I just spent 20k on a bike and now I have to go to Germany and spend 20k on my wife just to make amends. Thanks for nothing HD OKC. You guys stink. On a side note I love the bike. During the hot weather, my 2005 Deuce began sputtering and cutting out. I took it to Harley World to see what was wrong. The mechanic was very friendly and took my bike on a test run. Afterwards, he blamed the problem on the custom pipes on the bike, and said the unusually high heat was causing the problem. Since he was the expert, I accepted his diagnosis and went home. To his credit, he didn't charge me a dime. About a week later, I went out for a ride. As I left the driveway my bike acted like it had emphysema; it sputtered and coughed and barely went forward. I think the 5 year old next door passed me on her tricycle. Suddenly it hit me - spark plugs? I had bought the bike used from Fort Thunder, but I assumed that all was in order. Anyway, I bought a couple of new plugs from Harley World, put them in and voila! Runs like a champ, even on the hottest days. The plugs I pulled looked like they had been smoking Camel non-filters all their lives. So I was mildly annoyed that a Harley mechanic could have missed something so simple - even more annoyed that I was sold a bike with crappy plugs to begin with. But it may have been a fluke, overall Harley World has an impressive dealership and their retail stuff is a little lower than Fort Thunder. I never seem to have luck when I visit Harley Davidson dealerships!! It seems like they have the perception that I don't have money and I'm there just wasting there time.. Little do they know, I have a Harley Street Glide.. When they ask me, I always get the "surprised" look when I tell them that it's outside..Then that's when they start trying to help me, but it's now too late!! Fast forward to today (2 July 16), same "standard" treatment again, but with this dealership.. Upon entering, I didn't get any assistance, upon walking around, no assistance, I had to wait like 15 min. at the parts dept to get horrible service, from an older gentleman that seemed to have missing teeth, who was very unprofessional towards me... I came in there for replacement mirrors for my Street Glide, this is how it went: Me: Good afternoon sir, where are your mirrors?.... (Before waiting 10-15 min.. I did look around for the mirrors but I must of overlooked them) Him: There is a whole selection on the wall.... Me: (Looks around..) what wall?? He takes me to them and does his hands in a sarcastic way (similar to Vanna White) Me: I say, are these the only black mirrors avail? Him.. Yup! Me: do you have a rack like the other store with the mirrors on display? Him: No, I don't have a display Me: Is there anyway I can look at this mirror? Him: It's a standard mirror.. (now I'm getting mad) we make it back to the counter.. Me: I say, look.. I know it's a standard mirror, but I would like to see for myself.. He opens the package, and sarcastically hands it to me.. Me: will you be getting more black mirrors in? Him: Harley doesn't make black mirrors.. Received a Christmas gift from HD.com that was too small. Email receipt said to go to the selling dealership to exchange or return. That dealership was Harley Davidson World in Oklahoma City. Approached the motorclothes sales desk for the return and the sales person scanned the jacket in question, then stated that they didn't stock this jacket and they didn't have to take the return. When we pointed out that our receipt said to come to Harley Davidson World, the motor clothes sales manager was involved. She was rude from the get go, and emphatically told us they didn't have to take the return, so they wouldn't. Called Iron Nation Harley, and they not only took the return, they were bending over backwards to help even though they weren't the selling dealership. If I could give negative stars for this dealership I would. But I can emphatically say they will never get another penny from me again. We went to look at the new Snake Venom color in April - we saw the color, loved it but they didn't have a RG special that was all blacked out, so we were ready to move on. Told them we were really wanting a blacked out bike as we don't like chrome. They were like sorry, but you can always change it..... hello NO we can buy it that way at another shop. They were semi pissed when we told them we were goin to look at other shops, nope couldn't do that.... well moving forward they ask what we "plan to do" to a new bike- bars, pipes, stage II, just some minor things. Well they show us a used bike that has some out of this world upgrades- their price was good considering the upgrades so we pulled the trigger. When I asked them for the list of upgrades the finance guy was like "we can get that later, get the gap policy it will take care of all that" he thought I was dumb and I was like nope that won't help when we pay down bike and those other additions are still there in the event of a loss. I used to be an insurance agent so I knew I needed the info. Fast forward a week husband calls, no luck getting info check back. 2 weeks later we go in shop, they said they would call the dealership bike came from and have them get ahold of previous owner to call us. 3 weeks later still no call- I'm getting madder every day! Also note that 3 weeks after purchase still hadn't received the title work, called it was mailed just a couple days before. We finally received it, didn't come as timely as I would have liked but nonetheless I got it. Fast forward to today - 3 weeks and 3 days after the trade of our old bike for new bike- I get a call from my original finance company- they were calling to dun me- we were passed due on the payment that was due on the old bike. I am LIVID now!!! I call Harley World speak to our finance guy, Jake- he is like I don't know what's goin on, it was taken care of the day we did paperwork... obviously not cause they had never cut a check for the payoff. Now I'm concerned the past due payment will be on my credit history thanks to them. Jake assured me but I am thinking I will have to keep an eye on this. So in the middle of this crud I decide enough is enough on the list of additional equip added to bike. I call HW service department, Leon was helpful and told me he couldn't see anything done within first 30 days of purchase, but told me where bike came from and told me I could call them with VIN and they could give me info for all work done there. I called original dealer- boom they had the info but were amazed the dealership we bought it through hadn't taken care of this for us.... well it's cause HW service after the sale is lacking! They don't seem to care after they get your money...so sad We will not be back.... we had said this before but this is 100% guaranteed- we are done!!!! read more

They were beyond welcoming and helpful. 3rd store Harley davidson World on Reno in Oklahoma City are RACIST! 2 white women followed me every move i made. I'd pick a shirt for my husband and they would come take it to the counter like i couldn't hold it or change my mind! One woman would take my shirt and the next woman would be right there waiting for me to put an item in my hand so she could immediately remove it from my hands! I've spent over $500.00 in the last 3 days on my husband at the Harley store and they treat me like a theif! Racist! And she didn't wven put my purchased items in a harley bag. The most horrible Sales experience ever. Not from the Salesman (Ron) but from the Finance manager (older guy) Dirk I think his name is. My only request that I stated Very Firmly to the sales guy before even looking at a bike was I cannot purchase right now only because I have to keep my debt to income where it's at until I go to escrow for my new house. There is a deal going on that pushes out first payment 4 months and I was told that I would be fine if I bought today, Against my better judgement I decided to do the deal. Asking multiple times throughout the paperwork process that this won't hit my credit until after first payment. Then a little frustrated finance manager told me (I DONT KNOW, IT SHOULDN'T) sign here... Very dumb on my end, contract signed and deal was done. BUT!!!! Bike never left the parking lot of dealership and still remains there even now. I went back to the dealership less then 24hrs later, after realizing that this was going to keep me from buying my still being built new house. I went to the finance manager very kindly and asked to cancel/resend the deal I cannot afford the situation that this will do to my new home, He very meanly said tough luck deals done, it's already financed bike yours. And gestured wiping his hands clean of the situation, turned his back and walked back in his office never giving me a 2nd look.. Well I had a less than stellar experience with this dealership as well, The young salesman with only two months experience, this is the second time I've seen a salesperson with only two months, Hmm I wonder why? So I had to really kind of help myself. So after choosing a bike, I was ushered to the sales manager or finance guy. Oh By the way they don't list their prices on their bikes you have to guess. So after several moments I stopped him and asked what the bike would cost me, he responded with 313.00 per month, that's it, he never quoted me what the bike cost. I responded to him, that's higher than my car payment, and at that point he was finished with me. I was dismissed. He stood up and didn't even shake my hand. BREAKING BAD GONE GOOD!!! I bought a brand new 2013 Harley Davidson Dyna Switchback at Harley World OKC on Thursday March 272014; The "Breaking Bad" part starts later; I am a discriminating "Buyer"; and The Guys at Harley World were very forthright and fair in their dealings; I had TWO scooters to trade in; one was a 1963 Cushman Silver Eagle!! Albeit; this Cushman was like new; having been completely rebuilt in 2013; Anyways; they willing to work with me and Vibe at Harley World was like: these guys just want to sell new Harleys; they don't want to "knock your head off"; to borrow a phrase from automobile business. My experience at Harley Davidson World was very positive in every aspect; from the negotiating to the actual sale; to parts; to service. All was a POSITIVE experience. Which was the OPPOSITE experience that I endured at another local Harley Dealership, which shall remain nameless. Nuff said about that. Now the "Breaking Bad" part. I trailered my new Harley towards home on a trailer and made it to Rockwell and Reno where as I was pulling into a gas station; a kid (to me anyone under 35 is a "kid") rear-ended me. the rear of the trailer was damaged; the Harley fell against the rail; and my new jeep grand Cherokee was pushed into a sign; Needless to say I was, shall we say "miffed a bit". Thankfully, the guy had insurance and I am dealing with that now; And the guys at Harley World: in particular, Lance Smith, general manager, Jim Strickland, Sales Manager (this guy will work for you) and Chuck Vodicka, Service Manager have gone out of their way to "salve the wounds". I have used Harley Davidson World since 2009. The service manager Jim Vodicka has been a great help in up grading my 09 Heritage. He was patient, asked all sorts of questions to be sure he got things right. When I checked on the work they preformed it was excellent. I have had 28K flawless miles on my Heritage. It ran incredibly strong and never let me down. I cross checked what the service department told me with several sources. The Service Departrment always gave me the straight information and backed up the work they did. Its hard to please everyone that walks through a store. When a service and parts department establish a long term relationship like they did, when they back it up with perfect and honest advice, when their prices are not the cheapest but tempered by real value...I appreciate it. Recently I traded my 09 for a new bike. I was stunned to find out the guys in sales are just as accomidating as the service department. They recognized the value of my trade and gave me a fair and reasonable price. I did not have to list the bike and deal with the world to sell it. They gave me a good trade difference and spent plenty of time on the delivery explaining the bike and its features. When it was all completed the owner came out and met me. When this guy shakes your hand and looks you straight in the eye and says "I appreciate your business" he really means it. You can tell the quality of the dealership by the relations they build. These guys know how to make money and give their customers the best value in town. I wouldn't have it any other way. I was looking to buy a new windshield for my bike. Before I drove the 25 miles to the dealership, I called and asked about the part. I was told that they had 2 windshields in stock. When I drove over, I asked for the windshield. The parts person first told me that they had one windshield on hold and went get to the part. He returned empty handed and told me that they had one windshield on order and one windshield reserved for someone. He looked up the part and was gone for 15-20 minutes. When he returned, I was told that they had the box with the correct part number but it had the wrong windshield. This is strange because I have never had a parts person open the boxes in the back. The parts guy just said sorry and that was it. I tried to call the general manager but I only got the answering machine. No one ever called me back. read more

Not happy at all. Bike was running when I took it in. After they told me it needed plugs and an intake gasket and gave me a quote and I said ok, they did all that and called back and said it was the fuel pressure regulator and wanted to replace everything in the tank except fuel pump. I told them to stop and I would do it myself. Asked if the bike was still running, and they said yes. I payed them almost 200 bucks for 2 plugs and intake gaskets and the bike wouldn't start when I went to pick it up. Had to call a tow truck. I Brought my bike there a year and a half ago and it was a bad experience. They ended up keeping my bike for a month. Gave it to me once only to find it wasn't fixed. Had a clutch basket and a stator replaced. They went through 3 stators and a month before they got it right. They knocked a little off my bill, so I said ok. The service guy said they would knock 15% off my next service visit Also. But that was not honored. Never again. read more

Stopped in to have a full lube replacement to include a fork oil change on 10/4/11 at the Okc location. I was quoted a time of 1 1/2 hours for the lube change and 3 1/2 hours for the fork oil change. I was billed for 6.6 hours of labor. I wasn't happy but paid my bill and went on my way. Three miles down the road after leaving the dealership the clutch dome cover flew off my bike and dumped hyd oil down the left side of my bike. Called the dealership to come get me cause I was stranded. The mech showed up and replaced the dome cover and we went back to the dealership. Turns out the mechanic didn't torque the bolts on the cover. Chuck is the service manager there and the only positive experience I had at the dealership. When I asked how the dealership would make this right he offered a $100 gift card and to have my bike detailed the next day. I went in the next day for the detailing and started to get a bit upset when after 40 minutes my bike still hadn't been touched! I asked to speak with the owner, Jim Strickland, who initially seemed concerned and asked how he could make it right. I told him that because of their mistake I lost 4 hours of my time and that if their time is worth $79 dollars an hour mine should be too. He agreed to give me back money for 2 hours of my time in exchange for the $100 gift card they had given the night before. I gave him the gift card but when I reminded him that I had lost 4 hours he became upset and said that I was taking advantage of his kindness! He then told me that he would not pay me for sitting and doing nothing but waiting! Even though it was because of their shoddy service that I was there waiting! The end result was that he, the owner Jim Strickland, renigged on his offer to reimberse me for 2 hours of my time, kept the gift card, and then had his guy stop cleaning my bike! Unreal! I never once raised my voice or used any profanity whatsoever so I was shocked by his actions. I am a lifetime HOG member and a proud HD rider but because of this experience I will never again take my bike to a Harley Davidson dealership. read more

the salesman (ron) was really nice and not pushy, we talked about him taking in this bike from a old man and it was a really nice bike for the price and the shop had just 'gone though' the driveline, full service, and new tires. so i decided to purchase a used ultra, the final price was a little more than expected but i got to purchased the warranty too. i left the lot at 4:40 on friday afternoon, after hitting I-40 traffic and having to move to the side streets, the bike started to act up. when i got to a safe place to call them, they were closed (6:00pm) the top 3 gears whined and there was a chatter from hell on 6th gear, esp. when hot at 2000rpms,when trying to start you would think it was trying to break the crank it hit so hard. i had to ride it 130 miles to the house. upon arrival i called my neighbor and good friend (a 30+ year TRUE Harley mechanic that just retired from a local shop in town) and asked him to drive my bike, he informed me the chatter was the compensator was bad and there was something wrong with the motor, as you could smell oil when releasing throttle quickly, and engine had excessive blow-by. (Saturday morning oil check showed 1/2 qt low in 130 miles, also 7 gals of fuel used on return trip to dealer) Saturday morning i started to call H-D world at 9:00am the only person i could get a hold of was the salesman, and he talked to the (so-called) managers and they suggested since i bought the warranty we could fix it on that. the sales and odometer paperwork i signed for the bike had the mileage listed 2000 miles higher than what was actually on the bikes odometer. (didn't realize that till i got to house) after 6 or so calls and not one call back from any manager, or general manger (he was there according to salesman), i decided to take the bike back to them. upon arrival i walked into the managers office where they were busy on there phones and talking to some staff girls, and asked (very loudly) it it was to much to ask, after purchasing a bike that is not right, for a call back. they both looked at me and said they didn't know me or anything about any bike problems. after a few works , the service manager(?) walked with me out to the bike, with some attitude on both side,(mainly about my friends credentials as not being a certified Harley mechanic) he started the bike revved it up put his hand on the (no true) dual exhaust tip and said there is nothing wrong with this bike, because he IS a certified Harley mechanic, and this bike was worked on by his shop and again there is nothing wrong with it. i asked him about the chattering, i was told that the v twin MUST be operated at 3000+rpms and never as low as 2000rpms? i stated at 3000rpms in 6th gear the bike runs 85mph and the speed limit around Oklahoma is basically 70mph,so.... he asked me if i have ever owned a harley before? i told him 4. So far my experience here has been great I went in just to look at used bikes and found a new low rider that I liked still on the crate and up on the shelf , they ran the paperwork to see if I could get the bike in only about 20 mins. And told me the bike was mine if I wanted it , told them yes and I would be back had to take my wife to get something to eat and returned about 2 hrs later they had it down and all ready to go , I told them I lived 120 miles away and that I always ride with a helmet and they tried to give me one as a loner but I told them I would just get me dew rag to ride home and so I picked one out and went to pay for it , they wouldn't let me they gave it to me and then gave me and my wife both a shirt of our chosing and then about a week or so later I got a box in the mail , my wife said ok what did you buy from the harley shop and I told her nothing and told her to open it because I was still at work and she did and told me never mind it was her gift from the harley shop for letting me buy the bike lol when I got home I found out it was cookies and she had laid claim to them already oh well I got the bike she can have the cookies lol :-) but she would like some more of those she said they are great and just smiles real big at me when she eats one . Started using them in 2012 when I wanted a 95 kit put into my 88 twin cam. 2000.00 dollars. No problems, or so I thought. A couple years later, in 2014 I was having a blinking oil light and figured I needed an oil pump. Had Harley World look at it and they stated I did need a new pump. 1400.00 dollars. 11 months later the engine destroys itself from the inside. Had it checked at a different Harley dealership as I was on the road when it happened. Was knocking loudly. They tore into it and found my new out pump and cam plate destroyed. My engine was also completely damaged on the inside and could not be saved. New engine time. Went back to Harley World to see what kind of warranty was on their parts. Still had all my receipts and asked about the oil pump that had been put in my engine. Turns out they upgraded me to the more expensive screaming eagle parts without telling me. I also asked about a charge on my engine upgrade from 2012 as the ticket showed that they refurbished the heads. They could not tell me why they were done or what was done. They did say that they don't normally do any head work when installing a big bore kit. Only that I was charged almost 500.00 dollars for the service. I straight up asked them if they up sell their parts and services and was told no. But they had no answers why I was charges for the head work, or the screaming eagle parts. And to find out what happened to my motor was going to cost me 7 to 900.00 more in labor. No thanks. I found a used motor and mounted it myself. I did purchase the gaskets for the engine swap from them, only to have the parts guy attempt to sell me parts that I did not need. I won't be going back to them for anything. I suggest if anyone uses them to make sure you get an explanation for all parts and service before you turn loose of the cash. read more
