They were at my house for 2 hours 20 minutes which included time to travel to get parts. I was charged $672 hours for labor. When I called to question this charge, the office manager Carol said it was for two repair men and for both of their travel time as well. They did give me a $75 credit however; I feel this is deceitful practice. Why not be up front with these charges? Because no one would render their services knowing that you are paying for training personnel. I would NOT recommend this plumber.

Landis came out to clean and service my oil burning heater. They left soot stains on my new…read morecarpet. Two months after the service the heater stopped working. I called another HVAC co who came out and my electrodes were all burned up and needed replacing and the transformer was in bad shape. The tech told me whoever serviced your heater should have noticed that and repaired it. He also said the paperwork Landis left for their combustion tests are not within the allowable limits and they should not have left the heater like this. On top of all that Landis charged me $236.91. I will never use them again.
