It was so gross, that halfway through when both masseuses left the room (for a rather long time - which happened multiple times) I asked my husband if we could just leave. We stayed and I regret doing so. The masseuse had such a terrible technique, it was like he was chopping vegetables as fast as possible on my back. He didn't listen to the focus areas I wanted, and I was just so uncomfortable and skeeved out by him. Instead of the lady at the front desk asking if anything was wrong with the massage, she was visibly annoyed that we only gave a 17% tip, and gave me the dirtiest look. What poor customer service. If she had bothered asking and apologized for the experience, I wouldn't have written this and would have considered going back. But I guess they'd rather have no business at all from us.
