Ricky Miles (the business owner) did everything he could to make the stress of our broken-down car easier for us... he kept us in the loop about repairs needed and the codes being generated by our failing engine *and* helped us understand what we needed to do once we drove back to New York. He offered great service for a great price... so I highly recommend him if you need any repairs! Also, if you need to sit and wait around for a while, his shop is a *very* comfortable space. He even has free (good!) coffee and hot chocolate for everyone to enjoy, along with a checker-board, waiting area, and magazines. This is a good plus if you're stranded and need something to occupy your time besides fretting!

We brought our truck through the wash and when we exited the wash it was still completely covered in suds...On top of that, the wash barely touched the bugs stuck to the front. The antenna was also bent about 15 degrees. Pretty bummed because we love doing business with Tradewind's! The staff was friendly per usual, great gas prices and a free vacuum is always nice!

It was just gravel dust that I had already swept but needed to wash what I couldn't get out with the broom. He barely even looked in the bed of the truck! What's the purpose of having the grates in the self wash area to collect that stuff? I had no intentions of leaving a mess but attendant wouldn't hear me and walked away before I could say anything. I had just put in my quarters too. Very disappointed at how rudely he handled the situation. Glad I won't have to spend any more money there.

He came out and opened and closed the change box for the water. He did make it work but did not offer to refund the money I had over paid. The brush had more soap coming out of the fittings around the handle than was coming out the brush. I finished the wash when I walked in to tell Ed that there was an issue. I explained it and he turned without a word and walked into the automated car wash. I have been going to this car wash for the last 20 years and this was my last stop. The customer service is deplorable.
