I have never experienced painless injectables before between the careful numbing cream and Melanie's incredibly gentle touch, I barely felt anything. I expressed concern multiple times during the treatment that it was too intense and painful, and did not feel they were addressed adequately. I came here with a Groupon for 2 sessions of IPL. Courtney is the BEST! I have never worked with someone so caring and willing to try different methods to address my concerns without being pushy. She took the time necessary to figure out the best course of action when the IPL was not yielding the results I had hoped for. The facility is clean and they offer many treatments. Everyone is very nice but there is no price list which is something I wish they would change bc I never know if the price quoted is random depending on who you are. 1 hr parking on the street in front of the business. The one thing that they do need to address is keeping appointment times. I've had to wait over 15 min every time and with the numbing process taking an hour (I had only expected 30 min), it messed up my plans. Otherwise, lovely people and great business. read more
