I've been going to Mali monthly for the last 18 months for waxing, facials and microcurrent and I have to say that this review is well overdue! First of all Mali is absolutely amazing! She takes such amazing care of all of her clients- I always feel like I have the VIP treatment :) in all honesty though, she is so caring and makes sure that I'm 100% happy and taken care of with every visit. Radiant is the way to go for facials! Pros: New location with very clean stations! Great service and owner is super friendly and accommodating! Very fair pricing and over delivery as far as making sure client is happy with the visit. Professional facials starting at $35! The 1+ hour special oxygen facial is also very affordable at $75 - compared to $125 and above elsewhere. Cons: wish they could service a few more clients at same time. Mali is a super sweet woman. She genuinely loves her work, her clients, and really takes her time to explain products being used on you or if you're interested in them (without being too talkative). Her facials and peels are done with such a nice soft touch. She thoroughly cleanses your face, and doesn't make you feel rushed. She accommodates to my schedule. Price is SO reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Mali. She is an amazing skin care specialist, very knowledgeable, and explains everything she's doing. What really sets her apart though is that she truly cares about her clients - this is reflected in not only your interaction with her, but also by her prices which she purposely keeps fair for her clients instead of hiking them up just because she's in West LA. Today I went in for a PCA peel. I was already on the table and Mali was washing my face when she started asking me a few questions about the state of my face and about me, "are you on acne medication, are you using RA? are you pregnant? are you nursing?" etc. When she found out I was still nursing my son, she immediately stopped and went to her handbook to make sure that the peel was safe for nursing moms. It was not. I was about to hop off the table, when she told me to relax and that since I was there anyways, she would give me a mini facial free of charge. I couldn't believe it. I told her I didn't want to take up her time since she wasn't going to charge me, but she said that for her its not about the money, its about her clients, and that I should just take the opportunity to relax. As a working mom of 2, just getting 30min to lie down is amazing, but to have someone give you a facial - well, let's just say she made my day.
