They provided laughing gas for all of my cavities and I didn't feel a thing. They put the laughing gas before they even injected me to numb my mouth so it was incredible I have never been to a dentist like this. Then I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and I they gave me pills 45 minutes before the procedure and the next thing I new I was waking up in my bed at home. I don't remember a thing. When I say I felt no pain at this dentist I am in awe that a dentist visit be painless. (Obviously I was traumatized as a child by a previous dentist) Before I came to this dentist I had gone to another dentist in pearland and they were pressuring me to get all veneers and even without the veneers they quoted me about 4 times more than what I paid here. Lastly the staff was beyond helpful and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and didn't even mention anything about it being years since my last visit. The dentist was kind enough to tell me when he would be saying more technical terms to the assistant and didn't pressure me into anything. I made all the decisions on my own about what i wanted done and he was able to avoid putting crowns in. I'm very happy.

Not sure if that's true for dental billing but it's 100% fraudulent for medical especially since the billing provider never even saw the patient. Super incompetent, it would have been paid if they submitted the medical notes.

You walk in, it's clean, you're greeted and they have an area for kids to play in. Adriana, my dental assistant, helped get all my X-rays and kept me aware of what the next step was. It's never fun sitting around in an office wondering if the dentist is coming or not, so her keeping me updated is a great perk. The process was very smooth. They have a good system down from beginning to end. They even have the office accountant (I believe) come in and walk me through pricing and what would be due at end of service before my cleaning. My hygienist Karla was knowledgeable and thorough in my cleaning. I was comfortable and it helped to have the numbing rinse too lol. That's always fun. She did a great job, even gave me a coupon code for an electric toothbrush. Overall great experience and I have booked my next appointment.
