After I got a new job, I learned my insurance should cover his services. Unfortunately, due to his delay in billing, I ended up paying almost triple what I would have paid in cash because I still had to meet my deductible. Later, it turned out he actually owed me a refund. When my insurance agent tried to help resolve the issue, he was rude to her and refused to cooperate. Then, instead of communicating with me about my refund, he blocked my phone number entirely. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking and really changed my opinion of his practice. While he's good at what he does clinically, the way he treats patients and handles business matters is completely unacceptable. I hope he learns to communicate with more respect and integrity.

Made it over to their establishment to fill the typical paperwork out and Dr. Panattoni went to work on my neck and within 30 minutes I was ready for a nap. No more pain and I was very relaxed. I endorse this Doctor to be very professional and desires to make his patients feel good before they leave his office. Linda is very good with the insurance and is very competent.
