I left a review on Google as well, but for you Yelpers out there, here we go. I have been visiting…read moremassage therapists for the better part of 30 years and Surin (Sue) is one of the best I have seen. I have been doing PT on a ruptured Achilles and all that comes with it for about a month, which results in me doing leg day effectively 4-5 times a week. The work has been good for my muscles and correcting issues, but it's also a lot and my hips, thighs and feet needed some work. She leveraged multiple different types of massage modalities and helped me ID what was in need of more work. AND, while asking me to detail the situation to work on, she didn't count that in the massage time giving me the full 60 minutes in addition to the time we spent talking about the needs. I feel MUCH better and am still taking in as much water as I can to flush my system of the crap she released with the work. I regret not living here (from AZ) as I would see her more often, but I am sending my daughter to her instead. Heartily recommend, especially if you have real areas that need work. She has good advice and options to help, and she does great work!

I've been looking for a massage for a while. The massage therapist I normally go to has been booked…read moresolid forever. I noticed Mirage Massage just opened and figured it would be easier to book an appointment there. So, I went to their online site (www.miragemassagewhidbey.com) and was able to book an appointment for the next week! The clinic was only 20 minutes away by foot from my house, so I got in some steps and walked. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and walked in to find a little waiting room/reception with a couch and chair. Not much in the way of decor, but this clinic just opened, so that isn't a surprise. Shortly after I arrived my masseuse, Sue, walked in and introduced herself and led me to the massage table. The massage room was comfortably arranged with the table in the center with an overstuffed chair on one side and a side table with the music speaker, hot towel machine, and accents. I regret I didn't strike up a conversation with Sue to find out how long she had been working as a masseuse or anything else about her work history, but I still had an enjoyable and relaxing massage. I just hope she doesn't get so busy that I can't book future appointments!

On 6/28/2021 my mother, 9 month old and myself were in an MVA. Almost 2 yrs later, my mother and I…read moredid not get back to base line prior to the accident. I knew we needed continued care in order for our body to heal further. I did some research for LMTs in the Oak Harbor area and found Erika. Erika is a kind soul who understands they body. I call her at times the knot whisperer. She's great at finding areas that I didn't realize were being neglected in this healing journey. She specializes in deep tissue, medical massage, trigger point, myofascial release (one of my favs), cupping, scrapping, hot stone, and Ashiatsu massage. Honestly didn't know what to expect from Ashiatsu. I wasn't sure exactly what it was. For those who don't know, Ashiatsu adds pressure and compression to manipulate deep layers of tissue, enhance circulation, and decrease inflammation. I finally tried it, and it's pretty amazing. Even though she is now located in Coupville, she's worth the weekly drive. She's helped us immensely and we are truly grateful. She's also received patients from where I do PT. Her place is quant and cozy. Massage bed is heated. She makes sure you're comfortable and when I had to bring my lil one with, she didn't mind. She's very accommodating and understanding. I guarantee whom ever decides to book an appointment with Erika, they will have a positive experience as we have!
