Unfortunately have not had a good experience here but went back because there weren't many other places in Middletown. But my most recent experience was my last straw, they told me to come in at 315 for my appointment and made me wait 45 minutes for a tech to become available. I would have come later had I known how busy they were. Unfortunately no one told me how long I would be waiting until I asked. I am not a fancy nail girl, I keep them short and I don't get crazy designs. But I'm always happy with my basic dip mani! And this is hands down the best place to get a pedi! They have several different pedi options, but I always leave happy no matter which one I choose. I always schedule with Connie - she's great! My only complaint is that I wish the salon had a policy about being on your phones or watching videos. When I'm getting a pedi, I don't want to hear the person next to me yapping to their kids about getting their homework done, or have to listen to their tik tok reels. Clean, fair, prompt, excellent work. They have many loyal customers but they keep their appointments punctually, unlike many other nail salons who book and then make you wait 30 minutes or more. The staff are pleasant to customers AND to each other. Thyda does my nails to "make me happy"; I get lots of compliments and my nails stay clean, smooth, shiny and strong between appointments. I had an appointment on a Monday, my nail tech did a "good" job on my straight forward pedicure. I had received a gift card for Christmas, which I unfortunately misplaced. I was able to look up the date that the gift card was purchased and the staff was helpful in looking through their records and found three walk-in gift card purchases. The staff said they were not sure how to pull up the gift card number and would let the owners know. I left my number for the owners to contact me. I happily paid for my pedicure and left, with the expectation that the owners would contact me....whether they could pull up the gift card number. I have heard NOTHING!! I made it clear, that it was on me for not having the gift card....just wanted to see if it could be located! The fact that there has been NO response from the owners, let's me know they don't care about my future busines. read more

Best nail place I've been to in a long time. Take care and consideration of your time and money. They still look wonderful. It's been two weeks not one broken nail my sister actually recommended it and I'm so glad that I went very happy. Will definitely be going back. People always say oh it's too pricey. I went in to harmony nails and spa for a pedicure for a trip and I even made a scheduled appointment. My nail lady seemed kind of grumpy, she smudged my nail polish (didn't fix) and while filing, she cut 3 of my toe nails, she didn't speak a single word to me once and had a dirty look on her face. I get everyone has bad days so I'm not going to drag this out as much, but it was definitely an awful experience. read more

I never leave bad reviews because I try to understand what businesses are going through especially now but I felt like I had to say something. I paid for a sports pedicure which is $45 and when she was using the scraper on my feet she didn't use any water so it was painful. The warm towels left white lint all over my legs and feet. No cuticle oil was used at any point. It definitely felt rushed. She told me I had to use the dryer which I am pretty sure wasn't even on. My toes still look rough and I don't have time to go to my normal person in Frederick before the wedding. The only reason I went there is because I wanted to support a local business but I will drive down the road to get a pedicure that does all the things, charges less and actually makes my toes look good and my feet always feel baby soft. Even though I relocated to NY, NY I make a special trip every third week to get my Mani-Pedi done by HNS team. I feel like a member of the team. The quality of their service needs more stars than Yelp can make me give. The cleanliness is something I always admired of them. Even though they tend be very busy (that seems to be most of the time and day these days), they always make sure the stations are always sanitized and ready for the next. I've had gel and dip sns manicures, and pedicures, each tome the service is friendly, and most importantly CLEAN! I recommend making an appointment, especially on weekends and bring cash for tip as they don't allow it to be charged. read more

Just got my nails filled in and it took the guy a hour in a half to do it and they look so bad. I have bumps all over my nail bed. 3 of my fingers are bleeding where he sanded the skin off. I will not be returning! read more

Decided to give the new salon a try! I went w my 3 kids. We all got nails and feet done. My nails are horrible and were done by one of the owners. My hangnails were not cut, nails are crooked and my feet were done by a very nice young lady who only does mani/pedi, not tips because she hasn't been trained. Does this mean she isn't licensed? The best part of my pedicure was the rub down, other wise my feet look like my 6yo painted them and she did not even touch my toenails other than to trim them: yet I still paid $45 dollars. Not to mention the uppity client who was in there while I was who had nothing nice to say about anyone or anything. Just overall not a good experience and I won't be back. read more

Just had my third pedi here and am still really satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and pedi quality. These guys are awesome!

If I could rate negative stars I would. I came here a year ago and I had okay experiences with getting fills until one time all of my nails lifted after 2 days. I decided to give this place another chance. I went in for a full set (I've had acrylics before I just wanted to give my nails a break). It took 2 HOURS from start to finish. I asked for a squoval shape and he did not even know what that looked like and asked me to bring up a picture. After all the filing I noticed all my nails were different shapes and lengths. I told him they need to be fixed and need to be proportional. He laughs and continues to while "fixing" his work. They still looked very uneven. I politely asked if I could have someone else because what I was saying was not making sense and there probably won't be a positive outcome if we continue. He just tells me he'll fix it. Keep in mind as well all the technicians knew I was unhappy and nothing was said nor done. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Never coming back and never will recommend. read more
