Of course, my eyes were closed the entire time so I don't know exactly what it is that Michelle does to make the experience so inexpressibly amazing but everything she does feels so intentional... - The way she places and removes the steamed towels feels like an experience all in its own. - The way she gently massages your face, neck, arms, and hands feels magical. - The products she uses have the most lovely and relaxing smells without seeming overwhelming. - The atmosphere, sounds, lighting and even how quietly she moves about the room makes you want to stay there for hours. I asked for plain white acrylic. As she filed my nails, she cut me 3 times. They were slightly crooked and she seemed annoyed when I asked her to file them a bit more rounded. Before she put the polish on she left to help someone else. I waited about 15 minutes for her to come back. After she painted my nails the polish was uneven and after they dried there were a few air bubbles. As I went to dry my nails, one of them got messed up so I asked her to fix it. She fixed it but as she did she told me that I should have gotten acrylic because it would be faster. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I doubt I will be back to this salon.

My only complaint is that I wish the salon had a policy about being on your phones or watching videos.
