The front office staff is professional and accommodating. I am 67 and my husband is 77. Front desk and assistants are all fun to chat with and of course Dr. Draper is incredible. We also really appreciated that Dr. Bedont recently advised that we may *not* need some treatment that he had previously told us may be coming -- that is the sort of advice that you need from someone you can trust. I also had a great experience with insurance billing (really!) -- Jessica in the office worked really hard to get a complicated insurance situation (coordinated care from two insurance providers, as I was changing jobs) figured out, and reduce our out-of-pocket costs as much as possible.
