Adding an update to my previous review. The leasing office has recently been revamped and new staff was hired. The new property manager Rachel is absolutely amazing - very professional and kind. I also want to reiterate that the maintenance staff continues to be amazing. Always efficient with repairs, kind, knowledgeable, and hard working. This apartment complex has the perfect location with a great pool, well maintained grounds, and now that there is a new staff the experience has been amazing and much more peaceful. Absolutely 0 complaints now and it's nice to see a company that values feedback and makes changes. I could go on and on about all the positive changes they made but I would recommend Harmony Ridge to anyone looking to live near Cottleville. read more

They were awful to us. We were unsafe. the amenities listed and things about the apartment that were promised were not delivered. they discriminate all the time and good people keep leaving more and more because it is getting worse with no help. It is too bad because Cottleville is a nice place and the price tag to be in that area is high, but at what cost to the quality of the residents lives. read more

Excellent property, Staff is friendly and helpful! Maintenance is very responsive and does a great job when putting in requests, there are timely. Terrific location--walking distance to downtown Cottleville, which has adorable coffee shops, wine bars and cute shops. Tons of nearby green space with biking and walking trails including the Dardenne Greenway. read more

I have lived at Harmony Ridge/Lofts going on four years and I plan on being a resident here for several more years. As an older, single women, I most value having an elevator and not having to try and climb stairs and i also value my safety, you can't enter the building unless you have the tag which accesses the elevator and doors. I can't say enough about the maintenance crew who are always there when I need some assistance which is also a major plus for us single women. I so appreciate the ladies in the office who greet me by name and are always willing to help. If you are looking for a newer, safe, friendly place to live..look no further than Harmony Ridge! read more

Harmony Ridge has a great staff, they are friendly and quick with work requests if we have a maintenance problem. I appreciate how the amenities are updated and always clean plus the location is amazing. Harmony Ridge Apartments are a great place to live at. Great area & the apartments are very nice. There's secured entry with key fobs & an elevator! The office management staff Dena & Gwen are amazing! They are very friendly, professional, attentive, & really care about their tenants!! I just moved into Townscape in January 2020. So far I really like living here. All the doors open to the hallway and not exposed to the outside. You must have a key fob to enter the building which makes me feel very comfortable about security. I live in the "Chadwick" model apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1074 sq ft) that overlooks the pool. My apartment has no carpet, which I love. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer. My only complaint, which I knew prior to moving in, is the lack of storage space and the small kitchen. I think my favorite part is the elevator, since the last apartment complex I lived on the third floor with only stairs. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors I have met so far are very friendly. I think the price is definitely worth the amenities you get at Harmony Ridge. read more

These apartments are new and up kept by the property management company. The manager is incredibly friendly and engaged in the wellbeing of the tenants. The community is within a 2 mile radius of community colleges, Shopping Malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and the downtown scenery. It is close to mayor freeways and highways, but it is quiet and peaceful. read more

I have been a tenant for 2 plus years, currently on my third lease. The complex is centrally located. Just off Mid Rivers Mall Drive on the Hwy 94 side two major chain grocery stores a Target and just about any culinary choice within a two mile radius. The building is key card access with an intercom system to the hard line to call individual apartments so the occupant can buzz you up. I have been in two floor layouts 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The concrete walls and ceiling dampen any noise making your apartment very quiet. The high ceilings and floor to wall windows gives the space a much larger feel. The management staff is very friendly and available any problems I have had have been dealt with directly and quickly. The on site maintenance staff is always around and approachable. Doing regular maintenance such as painting common areas changing filters or checking for issues after a heavy weather events. Clearing of parking lots happens during and after snow events. The heated parking garage and storage units are very convenient. The site has a cleaning service for the care of the common areas. JSK read more

I just moved to this place in May and I wish I would have NEVER moved here. My first issue was occasionally I would have my boyfriend stay the night / park in my PAID parking. The office then sent me an email about "additional occupants" and that I had to put them on the lease, which is impossible because he has his OWN apartment and I do not want him on my lease. So now I don't have him stay here at all anymore because I feel as though I'm being watched. Second issue, I had a leak in my apartment because apparently someone's faucet broke above me. I let the office know and they made me feel it was a hassle to fix the problem, though they were very prompt to clean up the water. The maintenance team here is wonderful. Third issue, there is a rumor going around the apt, which I won't repeat because I was threatened for "gossiping" when I repeated it the first time. The office management called me while at work and told me they needed to have a discussion with me, which then put me in a bit of a panic and I came immediately home. Just to be grilled about spreading a rumor around the apt complex. Though all I did was repeat what I was told. They made it seem as though I was in trouble for speaking to other tenants (one tenant) about my concerns and not going to them first. I was then grilled about who told me the original rumor and that if I didn't tell them, they would call each person in the apt complex to ask them if they told me the rumor. I wish I could repeat the rumor I heard here without consequence, though I feel if I do I will be evicted. Fourth issue, which was my final straw before going more public with my problems here is they raised my rent WITHOUT NOTICE. I have a lease agreement for a 2 br that is $1,213 a month. I was then charged $1,301 without notice of change. I'm happy to resolve this review and give this place a 5 star if my issues are resolved. I DO NOT feel welcome at this complex because of continuous issues with management here. The physical apartment is wonderful, but everything else is ruining this place for me. read more

JUST DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to start off by saying the heating bills are insane! I live in a corner unit and my floor froze this winter! My heating bills for winter months are 400+ for a 2 bedroom. There are no screen in the windows, so summer should be interesting with the Missouri bugs. I guess no one opens there windows in the summer at this place?? The tenants had to start petition to get screen doors installed. The owner obviously has no concern for his tenants or they would have installed screens and screen doors when the apartments were built. I still don't know how city code allows them not to have screens installed in the windows especially with all the mosquito borne illnesses that are in the Missouri area. Also, the over the stove ventilation unit vents into the apartment. I cooked fried chicken once and my eye were burning from the smoke! Not sure how the building passed safe code inspection. Personally, I can wait for my lease to be up. read more

I have lived in my apartment at Harmony Ridge for the past two years. The leasing staff has always been very helpful and quick to respond to my needs. Everything in the apartment works as it should and maintenance has always repaired any minor defects with the apartment. I am disabled and couldn't imagine living anywhere else! The owner even reversed my bathroom door for me to make it easier to get into my master bathroom, at no cost and was a job well done by maintenance. I applaud Harmony Ridge for everything they do to keep the exterior and interior of the facilities looking nice and presentable. I am completely at home, with nice neighbors. The parks, trails, lakes, and pool are very beautiful just outside my doorstep. Great job Harmony Ridge! read more

The staff is very nice and personable. The grounds are very well maintained and the halls are kept clean. Neighbors are friendly and quiet.

All together a great place to live. Staff here is very nice and I had bailey as a leasing agent, great guy. Also met Connie the property manager who was a fantastic lady. Looked at a laurelwood apartment and the interior was great. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to live in a nice community. read more

I would not recommend this place to live to anyone. Since they fired the staff that was there when I signed on, it went downhill. Hallways never cleaned, very noisy, slamming doors, stairs dirty, police are always there for one problem or another. They allow dogs but they can't bark or you receive notices that they will be removed so I had to take them to dog care which was an expense . Also, they don't abide by their own rules, keeping dogs on leash. There is a tenant that always has his dog off a leash and nothing was done about it also they don't allow dogs over 40 lb but there are large dogs everywhere The one manager was nice in the beginning but it's all fake. Wait until you have a problem, she is not professional and shouldn't be managing this place ..Good Luck to anyone that ends up renting at Harmony Ridge! Everyone I knew did not get back their deposit and was charged additional expenses. Great location but not managed properly! ! One star was just for the location... read more

I can't even begin to explain everything that is wrong with living here. It's easy to be swayed into moving in, however, ask any current tenant and they will tell you that the place is a joke. Every apartment leaks when it rains, the concrete floor peels up and sticks to your feet, you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the entire building, and the hallways and elevator constantly smell like pot and weed. I pay $1,000 a month to live in a frat house, essentially. They have a really nice pool..... When they can be bothered to clean it. Currently, the pool is filled with a trash can and garbage floating. At any given time of the day, there is also urine, poop, or vomit in the elevator. The elevator also starts to go up without the doors being closed. That is just what's generally wrong with the building as a whole. My PERSONAL problem with harmony ridge is this: I have lived there for 9 months and my shower and hot water heater has JUST NOW started to work. My roommate and I have made complaint after complaint with Nancy and Connie who run the office. However, none of our complaints were filed because at Nancy's insistence, we stopped emailing her and called her instead. Nancy, of course, has denied we have ever tried to contact her, despite my roommate and I printing out our phone records and giving them to Kurt Odle, the owner. They tried to hit us with all of these absurd fees that aren't in our lease. These people are scam artists and it is a shame how they run their business. I'm still so confused as to how they are still in business. I honestly cannot wait until my lease is up. This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience of my life. Take this warning..... DO NOT rent from Harmony Ridge anything. You will regret it. read more
