The employees were so friendly and accomadating. I know ZERO about guitar so they were able to play them for me and show me the different things that they do. Being from California I didn't want to purchase there and have to fly with a guitar home. Upon entering the one in Sacramento I realized this GC in Huntsville is one of a kind. This Guitar Center in Huntsville, AL is BY FAR the absolute worst I've visited out of them all. It's not just one bad experience there....it has literally been an awful and angering experience EVERY time I've shopped there with the exception of one. The other issue is that they NEVER seem to answer their phones there when you call either. Just in the last two days and in the minutes preceding this comment I have tried to call repeatedly and it just rings and rings and rings. (This is of course AFTER the menu prompt and pressing 2 to speak with a Guitar Center Professional) There is nothing or noone professional at that store. I would like to say that joke's on them as I will now just go ahead and order the drumkit from Sweetwater, but it's actually on me for even thinking I would give them a chance for my business again.
