The tenders are dry and chewy. The regular pieces aren't quite as bad as the tenders in this regard, but still aren't juicy or tender. What really strikes me as odd though is the the meat is overcooked but some parts of the skin aren't completely rendered, so you occasionally get a flappy unchewable piece as you're eating. Everything is edible, and I could see how good this could be with these spices if the chicken wasn't overcooked and underseasoned and the skin was properly rendered, but that's not what I received.
