We ordered it and paid through Amazon, and the instructions say installation takes 45 minutes. HAHAHAHAHA. There's no way. He measured right the first time, he had the odd shaped tools needed, and most of all, he has the 40+ years of experience working the business with his wife holding down the office. I didn't hear from them and then started following up via text to see when the ETA was. The ETA kept getting pushed back further and further until late afternoon (4/5pm). I literally waited at home all day to get these shower doors installed. I didn't leave the house as I didn't want to miss them. Upon their arrival I come to find that they quoted for only one door. I had mentioned (very nicely) that I had sent direct links to two shower doors and even had it labeled as Shower Door 1 .... Shower Door 2 and confirmed numerous times install was for 2 doors for 2 showers. In the end they ended up not doing the job because they wanted to double the cost on me. This was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and an absolute waste of time for me and them to come out to my job site.

He was hired to remove rot (which was causing a leak in my downstairs) replace some siding on the upper portion of my house, and fix a gutter. This was around May 1st, and it's been two months, I gave him a deadline, and no response. He not only didn't do the work, he actually made things worse. He actually opened up the wall, exposing the lower portion of my home to even more water damage. He also spilled paint on my deck. The only work done was one of his workers stopped by to put three 6" siding (wood boards) on a wall with 3" siding (and one of the new boards was broken, and fell out). I've done countless remodels over 30 years, and know how much materials cost. He claimed to have purchased about $75 or less of materials, then marked them up to $450. He left, never to be heard from again. Police report is coming next. Then L&I about his license. I was wrong about Kolton Knox. I thought he was going to be a stand up guy. I've never been more wrong about someone. Photo #1 shows a portion of the wall that needed fixing. The black lined boards are original 3" inch. The red lines show the 4", 5", and 6" inch boards that were added. Photo #2 shows the rot, then Photo #3 shows how much was taken away (allowing the rain to pour into the first floor)
