Kerry and team helped to change out a hose bib after a prior company changed it out and I lost about half of the water pressure. Despite a difficult job due to the placement of the pipes they were able to change out the old galvanized pipe that had build up clogging the line along with a better faucet product. I have my pressure back up and I appreciated their professionalism. They quickly worked around my schedule to make sure I could get my sprinklers back up and running with the hotter weather before my grass died off. I run a sprinkler line that connects to the backyard hose bib. Would definitely work with them again. They get the work done properly the first time. read more

I bought my mother a new showerhead that she wanted for Christmas a year and a half ago and it was never installed! I live out of state and cannot do it myself so I turned to Yelp and looked for plumbers in the Seattle area. Kerry was one of the first to reach out and I was able to coordinate a day and time for him to head to my parents house in Seattle. He removed their old shower head and did some additional work that needed to be done (the pipe connected to the old showerhead was attached to drywall and not a stud!). Our washing machine wasn't draining through the waste pipe in the wall and causing water to back flow everywhere. Our drywall was gummy and clearly there was something going on with the pipe inside the wall. I called several companies and many just told me I would receive a call back. I was shocked that he was able to come out so quickly, especially being the holidays.
