I needed a handyman to build a stationary bike for my mom in another state and since I couldn't do it for her I looked for someone in her area. Daniel had the best reviews of anyone in the area and I was thinking he wouldn't be available for weeks...but he got back to me right away and was at her place the next day to take care of her. This is her review: I ordered a recumbent exercise bike and believed I could probably put it together, though I had zero experience assembling things like this. When it arrived, it was clear that I couldn't even lift the machine, let alone try to figure out the instructions to assemble it. Daniel got back to me right away. Just had Dan over to fix my clogged up kitchen sink. I'd had two local plumbers over before Dan and both could not fix the clogged kitchen drain. I was charged $240.00 by one plumber and he didn't fix it! Dan came out today and was easily able to diagnose what needed to be done and fixed the clogged kitchen drain! He charged less than half what the "Licensed Local Plumber" charged me and fixed the drain! If you need his services I'd highly recommend you call him first! After buying our house a few months ago, we'd had some time to find all of the little, but necessary repairs that didn't make it onto the inspection report. Daniel promptly and expertly handled them all! -Two doors that needed adjusting to open and close properly were quick work for this master of repair. -Our oven needed a new thermometer. Daniel replaced it, saving us from needing to purchase a new oven just yet. -Completely non-operable trash compactor (I didn't think it was fixable, the previous owner never used it) was repaired in minutes and works great! -An out of date, hardwired, eyesore of an alarm system was removed. -Utility sink faucet that sprayed everywhere and made a mess was tamed into usefulness again. -Exterior outlet cover was installed to replace an old one. -Nails dangerously poking out of our concrete garage floor were removed. I'm sure I forgot some items because he was fixing everything faster than I could think of more for him to do. I've already started a list of more things I need him to help with. I called in about some minor water damage in my bathroom thinking it was going to be a huge disaster but after explaining my situation he was able to give me solid advice on things I could do to repair it myself (because it actually ended up a really minor thing and super easy to fix, first time homeowner here so I panicked and didn't know what to do).
