This last time Gerald was out so he couldn't be assigned. We ended up with another company who created a false report and not have the warranty cover it. I asked for a second opinion and thankfully Gerald was back and was assigned. He came out that afternoon, confirmed motor was out, submitted his report and had it approved! He just saved us a couple of thousands of dollars! Seriously, if you need any repair he is your guy! You'll get someone honest and a strong work ethic! Thank you Gerald!

Our pool was fixed a day early! He is comfortable working with whatever level of involvement you have with your pool. In our case, my father in law designs pools and has been teaching us a lot... So we aren't in need of regular outside maintenance. Alan is great! Not out to just make a $buck... But wants you to have a great looking and working pool!

I called Mark as soon as the power was back on - needless to say he was busy they were out within a couple of days. He personally checked the equipment provided various options for me to select from. Once decided the equipment was secured and beautifully installed. He oversaw the installation and we chatted where he shared his focus on family and his commitment to not do business on the weekend and devote that time to family - I was impressed!! Two years later the pump motor starts eating capacitors then fails completely (on a Saturday of course) so I call Mark knowing he won't answer on the weekend but will return the call promptly on Monday which is exactly what happened. He had a technician out the next morning to look at the pump and confirm it was a warranty issue, he then worked with the manufacturer to get a new motor out and installed at zero cost to me. He communicated with me daily on the status of the parts, worked with the vendor to get a motor expedited and get me back online. All in all and excellent experience! To the reviewer who complained that they do not respond to pool "emergencies" on the weekend I have to shake my head - it's certainly a first world problem to consider not having a pump system running on your personal pool over the weekend an "emergency". I applaud Mark and his team for not only their work but their appreciation of and support for their families - no one will die if your pool system is down for the weekend (the water will still be there)

They are definitely not the cheapest but we felt like we were paying for quality service. (Although Mark refuses to respond to emergencies on the weekend since that is "his time".) Other than that, everything was going well. Until recently, Unified was out cleaning the pool and the technician for some reason couldn't get the spa blower to turn off. Well the circuit board had short circuited. Thankfully we had someone here remodeling our bathroom and he was able to help the technician get it off. Mark arrived and reasoned that our variable speed motor that he advised us to purchase and was installed by him was not getting the power it needed. He stated and I quote "when he installed the motor for us they didn't know that the amps in the breaker box needed to be 20 and we only had the motor on a 15amp. (Well hell it's your job to know that before you install NOT mine.) Our circuit board had shorted out and needed to be replaced for $1500+. In addition we needed to run a new line from the breaker box to the pool because we had to up the amps and that was another $3000+(not an electrician so lingo might be a bit off). We advised Mark that he didn't let us know about the electrical side that was needed and asked him if he would offset some of the cost since now we have to pay for both a circuit board and to run the line! This man said he will have to back out and discontinue our services! He canceled our services and left us with a pool that we couldn't turn on. I simply couldn't believe it. BE WARY OF BUSINESSES WHO CANT STAND BY THEIR WORK.

Hurricane Harvey flooded out my pool so I needed help to get it back in service. I went with Snagadeal because they were cheaper than other companies…read more I will say... with this company you get what you pay for. After three weeks of service the guy who came over told me they would need to charge us after the 4th week. That is not once a month. Most other pool services charge you once a month. Not every 4 weeks... if the month had 5 weeks and you wanted service for the 5th week you had to pay an additional $33. He told us the polaris was not working correctly so I asked him to fix it. We looked to see that the part we needed was $45 online. When he installed it he said the part alone was $80. The polaris still did not work after that so he said I would have to take it to someone who fixes them. I didn't know he couldn't fix them. The next issue we had was that he said the filter needed to be replaced so I asked him if he would do that. He said he would prefer for me to get someone else to fix it. He said that service would be suspended until I got someone to fix it. When I hire a company to take care of my pool, I expect for them to be able to fix the filter, polaris and any other issues the pool may have. I do not feel I should pay another company to fix what he couldn't. Other pool companies charge $150/ mo... and that includes the 5th week if there is one. Make sure you research the company and ask questions about what the service includes and all the details before you hire them. ***Response to the business owner's comments: I wanted a pool company that could do everything my pool needed... including cleaning the filter. I did not feel I should hire another company to do the job he was hired to do. I think it was unprofessional. He also states in his response that they bill as other companies do, but that is just not true. Other companies make you pay once a calendar month... however Drew wants to charge you every 4 weeks. I do not feel that repairs should be done according to, as Drew says Ebay prices (I don't shop on Ebay for pool items). However the price he told me it was ended up being over double what we discussed. I want to end with saying I am not a difficult person to work with. I have been in customer service positions throughout my whole career and know what to expect. I expect for a person or company to do the job they are hired to do. The new pool company we hired is awesome and we have no issues with them being able to do any repairs. They have never once asked me to "hire someone else to do it" because they didn't want to.
