Once we decided on the design he was quick to submit all the HOA applications and drawings for us. Once it was approved he started and got the project done quickly. The pool he built us is alkaline and needs minimal chlorine. It's also is very low maintenance due to the equipment he chose to use. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the yard being torn up due to all the construction but it was worth it. Jim still answers all my texts with any questions I have for him.

I googled everything I could and learned a lot but not enough to clean this pool up. I had people come look at it and to price a clean up. Some people didnt want to fool with it or the price was crazy high. My daughter used Chris, she told me he got rid of her black algae so I called and Chris came right out, he quoted me a price I could live with and I have never seen this pool look this good. Not only that, Chris had patience to tell me all about algae, why things do what they do, processes and how to maintain the pool to where I could understand. We are very happy with the work Chris did. I highly recommend.

CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

People please be aware of this pool company! These guys are a total rip off. First off, Tony…read moreDeville doesn't know anything about pools but he talks a really good game. This was communicated by one of his employees. Also, his former partner acknowledged he knows nothing about pools.The project was in a stand still mode for nearly 3 weeks. He has a tile guy who tries to do plumbing and electrical work as well as anything else he is not qualified to do. Additionally, Tony Deville seems to think it is OK for his subcontractors to utilize the restroom outside on one's property; to include defecation. Tony 's pitch is he is always on site but he rarely is ever around. The other red flag is he only shows up when it's time for a payment based on milestone. Therefore, he rushes to complete a milestone and then shows up for payment. Then he disappears. Please do your homework when selecting a pool company. It really only takes 3-4 weeks to complete a pool but they will tell you 6 weeks and that's because they are chasing money and not doing quality work. I have pictures to share.

I asked for a second opinion and thankfully Gerald was back and was assigned. He came out that afternoon, confirmed motor was out, submitted his report and had it approved! I called Mark as soon as the power was back on - needless to say he was busy they were out within a couple of days. He personally checked the equipment provided various options for me to select from. Once decided the equipment was secured and beautifully installed. He oversaw the installation and we chatted where he shared his focus on family and his commitment to not do business on the weekend and devote that time to family - I was impressed!! Two years later the pump motor starts eating capacitors then fails completely (on a Saturday of course) so I call Mark knowing he won't answer on the weekend but will return the call promptly on Monday which is exactly what happened. He had a technician out the next morning to look at the pump and confirm it was a warranty issue, he then worked with the manufacturer to get a new motor out and installed at zero cost to me. He communicated with me daily on the status of the parts, worked with the vendor to get a motor expedited and get me back online. All in all and excellent experience! To the reviewer who complained that they do not respond to pool "emergencies" on the weekend I have to shake my head - it's certainly a first world problem to consider not having a pump system running on your personal pool over the weekend an "emergency". I applaud Mark and his team for not only their work but their appreciation of and support for their families - no one will die if your pool system is down for the weekend (the water will still be there)

They are definitely not the cheapest but we felt like we were paying for quality service. (Although Mark refuses to respond to emergencies on the weekend since that is "his time".) Other than that, everything was going well. Until recently, Unified was out cleaning the pool and the technician for some reason couldn't get the spa blower to turn off. Well the circuit board had short circuited. Thankfully we had someone here remodeling our bathroom and he was able to help the technician get it off. Mark arrived and reasoned that our variable speed motor that he advised us to purchase and was installed by him was not getting the power it needed. He stated and I quote "when he installed the motor for us they didn't know that the amps in the breaker box needed to be 20 and we only had the motor on a 15amp. (Well hell it's your job to know that before you install NOT mine.) Our circuit board had shorted out and needed to be replaced for $1500+. In addition we needed to run a new line from the breaker box to the pool because we had to up the amps and that was another $3000+(not an electrician so lingo might be a bit off). We advised Mark that he didn't let us know about the electrical side that was needed and asked him if he would offset some of the cost since now we have to pay for both a circuit board and to run the line! This man said he will have to back out and discontinue our services! He canceled our services and left us with a pool that we couldn't turn on. I simply couldn't believe it. BE WARY OF BUSINESSES WHO CANT STAND BY THEIR WORK.
