Jim the owner is very responsive and kind. He came when he said would for the estimate and brought…read morereferences. He gathered all the details about what we wanted and at our second meeting he had drawings and computer designs ready for us to see. Once we decided on the design he was quick to submit all the HOA applications and drawings for us. Once it was approved he started and got the project done quickly. We had no issues with the pool while we lived there and I maintained the water because it was so easy. This was the second pool that we had Jim build for us. I don't know about the construction under the deck but we saw no evidence of problems while we lived there and there was no opening under the water. Maybe there was a piece of PVC left behind that was buried in the plaster and exposed when chipping off the pool plaster? It was not attached to anything from what I gathered so it appears to have been accidently left behind? The pool was an ozone pool so minimal chlorine is required and the pool was very easy to maintain. I don't know about building pools and when we were looking at pools a lot of pool builders didn't know about ozone and I can't say if the pool remodeler did or not. The filtration system was for an in-ground pool and did a very good job for us producing amazing water.
