Absolutely amazing service! We had quoted a handful of junk removal services and Haro's was the cheapest with the best reviews. The set up process was quick and easy, and they were ready to come by the day of my call . Due to my schedule though we arranged for the next day. They arrived within the window they said they would, and were in contact with me prior to showing up. I live in a small one bedroom apartment and had an L Shaped couch we were looking to get rid of. I have no idea how we got that couch in, because it was nothing more than a nightmare to get out. They tried every which way to position it to get it out, turned and pivoted every angle, and none of us could figure out how to get it out (or how we ever got it in). They were calm and patient and never showed any annoyance through the whole process. Eventually Aldo suggested to see if he had a a tool he could use to disassemble the couch and take it out in pieces. He returned from his truck with sawzall and cut the couch in half. They were extremely nice the entire time despite the set back and we greatly appreciated their patience and eventual solving of the problem.
