The guys were super communicative, friendly, and most of all efficient - despite the 90+ degree heat of the day. Eric and Luis had my back patio and shed cleared out within 30 minutes, relieving months of stress from my mind in minutes. Well, I had a good impression of Junk King based on hiring them to remove junk from my elderly mother's house, but no longer. This weekend we once again discussed hiring someone to haul junk and she said she did not want to hire Junk King. I asked why, and she told me that the last time we hired them, they were not able to take everything in one load because their truck was full, so they had to come back the next day. When they returned, they took the junk, but then showed up at her back door. They told her they had not expected there would be that much more stuff to remove in the second load and they said they felt they were owed more money. They took two mattresses, a box spring, a couch, and other furniture and miscellaneous bags of trash when I moved out of my apartment this month. They were right on time and hauled my stuff out of there faster than I could pile it up by the door for them. They took every last thing. They waived the mattress fee for me from the get go and charged me $378 flat for one truck load which was very kind even though that's steeper than I was expecting. So I yelped for junk removal and this came up with the quickest response time. They called within 5-10 mins to confirm scheduled my time frame that I was able to book all online in minutes. They ask how many F-150's you would need to haul your junk as a way to know how much stuff they need to put on their truck when they call. I actually had about 3.5 trucks and it was around four hundred dollars. It was worth every penny for my sanity. They guys were FAST, friendly and efficient. He called me when they were nearby to see if they could come sooner which was prefect because I was trying to get it out ASAP. Extremely satisfied with the service and ease of process.
