I felt very anxious going into my appointment because I had concerns that sounded crazy saying out loud. She listened to me, explained things thoroughly and was constantly asking if I had any questions, making sure I understood what was going on. I have a follow-up in a couple weeks and I'm confident that I'll get to the bottom of whatever is going on with a team like this on my side. Imagine phoning tech support in India circa 2003: "You are #73 in the queue... please hold for the next 4 days and enjoy our 1950s elevator music and by the way here's lots of info about our new North Las Vegas office that you have zero interest in" That's Ace Primary's entire communication system. A black hole with hold music and a new office sales pitch. After weeks of trying to get a routine blood test order sent, I finally switched to a provider who answers the phone, follows through, and treats patients like humans instead of recruits. I ended up having my Chiro request the tests I needed & received PT for the issue which was far from sciatica. The second time I went to him he was negating advice & reasons for meds from all of my other doctors including my gynecologist & endocrinologist. He thinks he knows better than everyone else. He suggested I go off of my cholesterol meds which I told him was necessary. Followed his advice. Went off them for a month or two. Got a blood test & sure enough my cholesterol is the highest it has ever been. He does not listen to his patients & is arrogant as can be. If you don't agree with him, he argues with you. Through my journey I have gained a lot of expertise in the biomedical treatment of autism symptoms and I can say that his recommendations are the best there is. His reports are very detailed and thorough. The supplements he recommends are the very best in terms of quality, but also from the perspective of ease of administration for a child. Now, if this is your first biomedical consult, you might be overwhelmed by the number of supplements he recommends. The way I look at it is he puts everything on the table so you can take over as Dr. Mom/Dad. This saves you money. Other practitioners might make things simple by offering one supplement recommendation per visit, but you have to keep going back to pay them more.
