By explaining what electrical problems we were experiencing, he was already able to provide a ballpark estimate of what the cost would likely be. The final cost even ended up lower than his initial estimate. He was able to fit me in on the same day that I had called. He said he would give a heads up when he is on his way and he did that. Following Monday we experience a gas leak called Mr. Johnson he advised us to contact consumers because he was on a job and couldn't get to us for at least 4 hours consumers advised us to vacate our unit they arrived inspected water heater found out he neglected to tighten a part which leaked into our unit. The plumber arrived he tightened the part never apologized. The inspector came out and approved the installation.
