The state system crashed while I was there, so everything came to a standstill, but about 45 minutes later Latrice personally called me to let me know it was back up and told me to come back in. That kind of customer service is hard to find. When I got back, there was no wait, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Eddie helped me with my out of state license plate transfer and was super nice and made the whole process easy. There was also a Spanish speaking customer ahead of me, and I loved seeing how inclusive Northwest Tag was. The employees were incredibly patient and made sure the customer was matched with a Spanish speaking employee so they could be helped comfortably. The office was clean, everyone was welcoming, and they turned what could've been a frustrating experience into a really great one. I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend this tag agency!

My son told me Oklahoma doesn't have DMV offices and you have to go to a Tag Agency. I have to say this was so much better than the horrible DMV offices in Nevada. You have to have an appointment like 3 months in advance if you can get one. Before the pandemic you could just walk-in , but you would be there for hours trying to get something done with all the California people moving there and some from other places. This was so much better of an experience ! Everyone was so nice as most of the people I've dealt with in Oklahoma. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in South Carolina in the 70's and 80's. I had to do 2 different lines. The first was a young lady who did my registration , plate , and sticker. She also informed me that I would have to get a new title to register in Oklahoma. I've never heard that before , but I guess they do that in some states. She also went out to my SUV to verify the VIN. Thankfully it's not lifted since she could barely get up to see it without getting on the tire , it is a Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4 so it does sit higher than most standard SUVs. The 2nd line I showed all my documentation to this lady to verify I had everything to get my new Oklahoma Drivers License. She arranged everything neatly to give to the another lady when it was my turn and also reminded me to let her know that I had Motorcycle Endorsement also so it could be listed on my Oklahoma License. There were a few people ahead of me for the Drivers License so I did have to wait over an hour , but they had chairs and the lady would talk to me and the others waiting as she was helping someone else. I only had to wait behind one person for the registration and they had 3 people working that counter. The drivers license lady also added my Veterans Status and Real ID on my license since I brought in my Passport . I'm not complaining , as I said in Las Vegas it would take you usually 3 hours or more at the DMV before they started doing appointments and still it takes at least an hour to do your stuff. I highly recommend this location for your drivers license , registration , etc.

This review is about the care Brittany has provided in the last few months. I did not know her or have any affiliation or relationship with her prior to calling for help with some work vehicles. I had a mess of paperwork I inherited, and she helped me go through it over the phone with patience that lasted months--because more things came up and questions happened and she was there with me like a best friend. Did I mention I didn't know her? I think she treats everyone this way! I recently relocated to Texas and needed a copy of my registration--there she was again helping me get a copy so I can register in a new state. If she was going to be rude--this would have been a great chance. But no--there she was for me again. Don't be scared of getting your car business taken care of--this place is great!

They had two stations open so even though someone had an appointment I was still the first customer of the day for the young man. I'm sure that no one dreams of working in a tag agency and processing license renewals. A renewal requires no documentation, it's just some processing for them. He was more interested in his iPhone and selecting the day's playlist for his earbuds. If you hate your job or hate dealing with the public find another job. The female clerk sitting next to him was friendly and joking around with her customer. I shared this encounter with a neighbor and he said his last experience mirrored mine and he'd drive across town if it meant not having to use this place. Look at the reviews in my profile. I don't leave negative reviews except in very rare instances. You have to earn a negative review from me and they certainly did that. Zero stars. Go anywhere else.

Imagine the excitement of quickly finding a good house and the offer being accepted on the house you're buying. Imagine the excitement of getting everything together for qualifying for the mortgage and shopping for homeowners insurance. Imagine the dismay and FUUUUUUU...... of accidentally and boneheadedly shredding the wrong driver's license when you go to pull your ID out of your purse to copy to your mortgage agent and realize your old expired license is still in there. Imagine the ensuing panic. Imagine the gratitude when you find a tag agency with hours after your regular work day, and they're able to fit you in under the wire when you explain your emergency sob story. Seriously these guys saved my life yesterday when all of the above happened and of the other tag agencies I called one didn't even pick up the phone and the other one would have stopped accepting walk-ins for the day by the time I'd gotten down there in another town. Even with the computer issues that red cap was having that day through no fault of their own, they still got me in and out within 2 hours. This will definitely be my backup go-to place and possibly even replace my regular tag agency that I've used since moving here, that for whatever reason didn't pick up yesterday.
