They had two stations open so even though someone had an appointment I was still the first customer of the day for the young man. I'm sure that no one dreams of working in a tag agency and processing license renewals. A renewal requires no documentation, it's just some processing for them. He was more interested in his iPhone and selecting the day's playlist for his earbuds. If you hate your job or hate dealing with the public find another job. The female clerk sitting next to him was friendly and joking around with her customer. I shared this encounter with a neighbor and he said his last experience mirrored mine and he'd drive across town if it meant not having to use this place. Look at the reviews in my profile. I don't leave negative reviews except in very rare instances. You have to earn a negative review from me and they certainly did that. Zero stars. Go anywhere else.

The state system crashed while I was there, so everything came to a standstill, but about 45 minutes later Latrice personally called me to let me know it was back up and told me to come back in. That kind of customer service is hard to find. When I got back, there was no wait, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Eddie helped me with my out of state license plate transfer and was super nice and made the whole process easy. There was also a Spanish speaking customer ahead of me, and I loved seeing how inclusive Northwest Tag was. The employees were incredibly patient and made sure the customer was matched with a Spanish speaking employee so they could be helped comfortably. The office was clean, everyone was welcoming, and they turned what could've been a frustrating experience into a really great one. I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend this tag agency!

My son told me Oklahoma doesn't have DMV offices and you have to go to a Tag Agency. I have to say this was so much better than the horrible DMV offices in Nevada. You have to have an appointment like 3 months in advance if you can get one. Before the pandemic you could just walk-in , but you would be there for hours trying to get something done with all the California people moving there and some from other places. This was so much better of an experience ! Everyone was so nice as most of the people I've dealt with in Oklahoma. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in South Carolina in the 70's and 80's. I had to do 2 different lines. The first was a young lady who did my registration , plate , and sticker. She also informed me that I would have to get a new title to register in Oklahoma. I've never heard that before , but I guess they do that in some states. She also went out to my SUV to verify the VIN. Thankfully it's not lifted since she could barely get up to see it without getting on the tire , it is a Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4 so it does sit higher than most standard SUVs. The 2nd line I showed all my documentation to this lady to verify I had everything to get my new Oklahoma Drivers License. She arranged everything neatly to give to the another lady when it was my turn and also reminded me to let her know that I had Motorcycle Endorsement also so it could be listed on my Oklahoma License. There were a few people ahead of me for the Drivers License so I did have to wait over an hour , but they had chairs and the lady would talk to me and the others waiting as she was helping someone else. I only had to wait behind one person for the registration and they had 3 people working that counter. The drivers license lady also added my Veterans Status and Real ID on my license since I brought in my Passport . I'm not complaining , as I said in Las Vegas it would take you usually 3 hours or more at the DMV before they started doing appointments and still it takes at least an hour to do your stuff. I highly recommend this location for your drivers license , registration , etc.

Unfortunately her work misunderstood her time off request and we needed to change the date/time of her appointment. It wasn't a problem! They scheduled her in the next day. When we showed up we ended up being a half hour late because of my writing down the wrong time, that too did not seem to be a problem for them. I know working with the public (especially if the public views this service as more of an inconvenience for them) is a difficult job and can make customer service a hard thing to keep up, but these guys were pros! They did let me know we actually missed our appointment but did their best to fit us in even though it was our fault. Will be coming to these guys with any and all future tag agency business. Staff was rude. The heavy set lady with light skin and wavy dark hair (didn't get her name)…read moreappeared to be upset. I wasn't sure what i did to upset her but I apologized anyways because I thought I offended her when I misunderstood one of her instructions and asked her about it again. She got even more short when I apologized and said it wasn't worth explaining again. I tried one more time to make peace and apologized again and tied to give her a chance to explain again but by then I could tell she had already dismissed me and repeated how I can't understand something simple and I was overcomplicating the situation. What's complicated is understanding why she would be so combative and short to someone if she wasn't upset. Is this just how she treats everyone? If so, she's just apparently a rude person with a grating attitude, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that I had offended her, but if I take her at her word, then she just naturally comes off short tempered and inpatient. I ended up getting helped by the other girl and she wasn't much friendlier but at least she wasn't rude. However she didn't give very clear instructions either on the process and so I didn't realize I wasn't getting my license right away an im going out the country and im not sure ill be able to get my car rental now with just a printout temp license bc other countries have different rules. Overall i left this place feeling demeaned, confused, and treated like an idiot. I usually go to Midwest or Tinker Tag Agency and never been treated this way. I definitely will look further into filing a more formal complaint, and I suggest other people do too otherwise the rude girl whose apparently been "working there 14 years" can just keep treating people like crap with no consequences. This place is GREAT! We just moved to Choctaw and needed to get new licenses and tags for many…read morevehicles. When we walked in, it was just us, but after that it was a steady stream of people. All four employees that were there including the manager helped us at some point. They were all very welcoming and very helpful getting all our documents together and bent over backwards to help us. They did this while also helping the other customers even when one or two had to leave at different points. Jen was the one that helped us the most as a primary and she was amazing! Even though she was new and had to ask questions, she was really knowledgeable and knew most everything. She mentioned at one point to a colleague that she needed to leave by 135 pm to get her child and when I noticed she stayed longer, about 140 pm, I told her I understand if she needs to go and we had to wait. She would not accept that and said she is almost done and didn't want it to get confusing by passing it off. I again stated I understand and she should go, but she insisted and stayed 40 minutes past her leave time of 130 pm to complete everything. The price is the price, it's government...lol.
