Jana, the dental assistant, has always been great to me. Doc Greer, of course, is a master in a class of his own when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. Thank you folks. EVERYONE was over the top friendly, helpful and professional. I came in a wheelchair, but they did not treat that as an issue. I was treated normally. This was my first visit to Advanced Dental Care coming under an Emergency visit, chipped tooth. I felt so at ease, past had dentist anxiety. Dr. Dabbs took time with me, listening to my husband and myself. Clearly explaining different areas, always in an upbeat manner. Do Not Go To the dentist. He is rough, lazy, and old. He made a crown and instead of sending me to…read morean orthodontist for a lower misalignment issue he wanted the $$'s for himself, instead of thinking or asking what outcome I wanted to see. When he put the crown I had to ask him to smooth and re-check the bite burned and during the smoothing process, he burned my gums. Worst of all I had a crack in a front tooth I wanted it to be restored to its original form. Instead, he simply filed the whole side of my tooth off and said it looked like it was never there, and ran out of the room. I had seen him twice since moving to Baldwin County and each time was a bad experience.
